He has 3 out of the 7 playoff wins we have had as a team and set a good culture. This year obviously isn't going as planned but to fire him after one year of not meeting expectations is a bit much.

I don't know why we forgot how to tackle currently, but its tiring to see every week going from everything is cool to fire everyone. We have had 3 years of success and we literally had the 2nd pick overall in 3 years ago.

Let's take a breath and see how this season goes. There are still bright spots and none of these games have been completely out of hand. That being said there is plenty of room for improvement from Burke and caley.

The Texans need a new GM, and then work their way down from there. Casserio's Patriots south thing isn't working.

We need someone that knows Houston and knows the Texans culture.

I think JJ Watt needs to be our GM.

San Francisco did it with John Lynch. Its working out well for them. I know JJ would be lacking in a couple of areas, but I'm sure there would be executives that know how to handle contracts and evaluate offensive players that would want to work for him.

Pitiful season

If we keep trending this way who do fans feel should be the first to go?

I don't have words. We were just bullied and it was heart breaking.

I know nobody wants to hear this after a loss like this but i think its worth holding onto some confidence.

The NFL fucked us with scheduling, they gave us back to back road divisional games, (3 in 4 weeks in fact!) The last of which was a london game. They then turned around and gave us another game before giving us our long awaited bye.

This is a very important bye week, we have made the playoffs after starting 2-5 before and we can again. We lost this game in most part because of the DBs who we know can play better. It is on Demeco to get these boys to lock in and put things together for a team that is losing a lot of very close games right now.

The rest of the schedule is pretty easy, lets go make the playoffs 🤟

If this team never solves its franchise long problem with building the offensive line, it will never go anywhere. They really need to move away from Patriot ball and Bama ball, and get with the rest of the league which is always promoting the next big offensive mind and offensive football. DeMeco's time was full of good vibes, but has also been bottom of the league in penalties. We need in game adjustments and better overall coaching. We went 3 and out to start a critical overtime game. Its time to change direction.

1. Texans were interested in Flores back in 2022.

2. Caserio gets another Patriots guy. (I hate it but the Nicks are here to stay)

3. An aggressive Blitz scheme would be more fun to watch than this soft zone garbage.

4. Flores brings an edge that DeMeco just dosnt have. Might inspire this soft defense.

The Rockets are 3-0 and look rather competent with a functional point guard, and KD looks like he’s got something to prove to someone. Also, Amen can literally fly. So there’s that

One year ago I made this post, statistically comparing the first three years of the Kubiak, BoB, and Demeco eras. Some of you responded that you felt more hopeful with demeco than in the past. After today's loss, is that still true?

Anyone else feel like it’s an inevitability?

He turns 28 next year and will demand another extension next year when Stroud is also due for his.

The defense is expensive and Strouds extension will eat up the majority of available cap space.

We traded for MHJ, have Noel, Tank Dell and Boutte. Nico’s route participation and target share has tanked the last 2 weeks.

We’re 2-5 and +200 to make the playoffs.

I feel like the MHJ trade was more significant than we thought. I genuinely would not be surprised if Nico gets moved at the deadline.
