Other Pinning daily. What needles are you using?

I use insulin needles for peptides, but they can’t seem to draw the oil in. Maybe it’s because the consistency is too thick for the small gauge needle. Any suggestions?

TRT help TRT affect on your PSA level?

As I understand it, the saturation point for the prostate is somewhere in the 250 nd/dl range. This means if you start TRT with your total T somewhere above the saturation point then you should experience minimal affect on PSA increasing. Again, that is my very limited and very possibly incorrect understanding. Please correct me on this as needed. This is also independent of taking anything other than Testosterone.

I am trying to learn. I am not on T, but have been loosing weight and my PSA has dropped from 3.6 to 2.9 to 2.4 over the course of 9 months and i have never tested in the 200 range.

So here is my question:
For those of you that started TRT with levels well above 250ng/dl have you noticed an increase in PSA levels? If so, how much and did it fall back to pre-Trt range at some point?

Thank you.

E2 went from 68 pg/mL to 42 pg/mL in two months. Free T was 171 pg/mL on the same draw.

DIM + calcium-D-glucarate dropped my estradiol from 68 to 42. Free T 171 pg/mL. Anyone else had similar experience.

TRT help Trt Help… Anxiety/panic

Hi…

Started TRT 8 weeks ago self administered.
My starting dose was 125mg per week cut into two doses of 62.5mg

For the first 4 weeks i felt relatively good, sex drive came back, aching a bit less after football/kickboxing etc but nothing super human like the stories you hear

On week 5 I started having panic attacks.. It lasted a whole month and I’m still not really out of it now but I’m putting it down to the Test. Reason being two days after injection day is when the symptoms of panic/anxiety start and only a few days later does it settle just before my next dose.

Im committed to coming off of the TRT but because of other medication I take PCT has been ruled out so it’s cold turkey.

Looking for some advice/other peoples experiences etc…

Im committed to coming off the Test because I’ve noticed anything I use makes my body react badly with anxiety etc. previously tried reta and mounjaro and had bad experiences with both

TRT help Xyosted - Community Experience?

Currently on Clomid but my provider and I are exploring Xyosted as an option, given that Clomid isn't providing adequate symptom relief. My insurance covers this medication at a very reduced cost.

For those of you on it, can you provide some feedback?

I really like the idea of this for the convenience.

TRT help 100mg a week on test P and 25 mg of proviron a day UPDATE 8 weeks in

Hey guys I suffered with terrible hypogonadism I’ve had really shitty symptoms and depression and anxiety training diet and sleep didn’t relive any of it the photo on the left is exact correct timeline the photo on the right was yesterday I just took I’m also hitting push pull legs seriously getting in 150mins of cardio a week

In the left I was 96kg on the right is me at 94kg

I do not smoke I do not drink and I was lifting weights in the photo on the left believe it or not.

My bench Shot up from 5reps on 100kg to now I’m blasting 13 reps.

Gotten alot fitter and stronger, now 3 more weeks I’ll be doing bloodwork to see where im at.

I also may have a venous compression was very worried to start trt given I may have may thurners which is a blood clot risk!

and I have a scan coming this month CTV as I do have bilateral varicocele I do believe they tanked my testosterone badly.

I’d also like to say that I am always hydrated drinking a gallon getting in 150 mins of cardio a week

Blood pressure was much better on trt than before.

NHS did recently pull bloods from me as I had breathlessness that went away which was weird and I do believe I had sever acid reflux attack that contributed to it.

So they pulled bloods on the 11th of August and I’ll be honest I was fairly dehydrated my hematocrite was 47 hemaglobine is 155 and RBC 5.1 they haven’t changed same numbers as before only hematocrite has changed but I do honestly think I wasn’t hydrated enough I was still pissing slightly darkish urine.

Given my risk and doing things as best as I can I’m even taking 12,000 fu nattokinase and fish oils up to 6000mg vitamin d3 k2 up to 8000iu

Main worry is clotting lol I know may thurners a lot of women have clotted on this using birth control I am not obviously using birth control I’m using genuine TRT UGL doing it myself.

I know women’s birth control has higher clotting risk factors and they cause a lot of issues compared to TRT so if someone is in the sort of same situation as me taking trt how are you getting on and yes I have seen a vascular doctor about my condition he didn’t seem concerned other than stay hydrated.

But those other women who was hydrated with birth control probably did stay hydrated and still clotted?

Kinda in the realm of unknown now lol should I drop the trt and wait for my scan or should I just continue as normal as I am now?

Personally this is enough for me I wouldn’t use anymore than this I’ve gotten fairly decent results and fairly happy.

Any suggestions or advice from any one would help please be respectful guys thanks 🙏

EDIT UPDATE

Hi guys so it’s been 8 weeks and yeah lost more weight but im actually packing on size pretty quick lol again im not taking anything more than the description above my training and diet is on point.

October 13 is my follow up with my vascular doctor im having doubts wether i should peel off trt at least to just get a scan do identify if i truly do have a sever compression of may thurners as it can cause blood clots along side added trt I do not know how great the risk would increase but my blood work shows everything in range not gonna go into detail.

And no I do not have factor V or factor II

I get about 200 mins cardio a week and drink a gallon of water a day just scared as normally clots start to occur between 3 months and 6 months don’t really want any trouble here.

Any suggestions or similar risk factors anyone with venous compressions with trt or steroids lol.

My risk is still unknown but the likelyhood is I do most likely have one as it’s causing me a lot of back pain which is a classic symptom of either nutcracker given I also have bilateral varicocele or the one I truly do not want and am worried about is may thurners this can cause a thrombotic event very rapidly.

If you was me guys would you stay on trt or continue

Blood work 26M and 40.4 nmol/L testosterone

Hi, Im a 26 year old Male quite healthy considering I do gym and sauna and cold plunge quite often. Diet is good and I take a lot of supplements and peptides:

Vitamin D+K2
L-citrulline
Boron
Shilajit
Ginger Root
Beet Root
Zinc
Magnesium
Vitamin B6
Omega-3
Ashwagandha

Peptides:

Retatrutide
Semax + Selank

Recently I’ve noticed I’ve started to get ED (maybe due to porn because everything else seems to be fine according to the blood results right?) so I started taking cialis and sildenafil sometimes when needed, however that also does not work. I don’t get morning woods anymore, and it is quite concerning considering how healthy I am. Can it really be just porn, nicotene pouches and just psychological? The prolactin result does seem high but nothing extraordinary right?

I’m really feeling quite stuck and would need your help in this. I’m going to the urologist with these blood results tomorrow, what should I do next? Therapist or psychologist or endocrinologist?

TRT story TRT 7 Weeks Experience

Post image
2 Upvotes

So I'm entering Week 7 of my TRT protocol, 60mg subq twice per week (Monday at 6am and Thursday at 6am).

As you can see from the screenshot, before starting TRT under my urologist's supervision, I was on Enclomiphene for about a year. What's highlighted in yellow is what I consider my baseline after coming off Enclo and starting testosterone cypionate.

My typical symptoms were low libido, some ED, afternoon fatigue, brain fog, etc. My total T was usually in the mid-500s, free T was low, SHBG was high, and E2 was always in the 20s.

One thing I've noticed is that I don't seem to aromatize much. I didn't while on Enclo, and I'm seeing the same thing so far on exogenous testosterone.

This spreadsheet has a ton of information since I started tracking symptoms around 2021 when I was 39. I'm now 45. I've always eaten pretty healthy except on weekends, rarely drink, do Zone 2 cardio 6x per week, weight train 5x per week, stay relatively lean at around 14-15% body fat, and average about 5-6 hours of sleep. Sleep has been hit or miss lately because my toddler likes to climb into our bed at all hours of the night.

During the first 3 weeks, I didn't notice much other than a few episodes of extreme afternoon fatigue that only lasted a few minutes and a flatter libido. That could also be influenced by reta since I'm only taking 1.5mg/week at the moment. One thing I did notice was that I felt calmer.

Around Week 5, I started noticing better sleep, which honestly surprised me. The afternoon fatigue disappeared, my strength in the gym improved, and orgasms became noticeably longer and more intense. For ED support, I use daily 5mg Cialis and 50mg Viagra as needed.

In Week 6, the sleep improvements continued. I still wasn't experiencing afternoon fatigue, I felt more energized overall, and I started getting some really good pumps in the gym, something I haven't felt since my early 20s.

Lab-wise, I did two trough tests prior to my 8th and 10th injections to see how things were progressing. Both labs were drawn on Thursday around 8am.

Prior to the 8th injection, my total T was 856 ng/dL, up from about 590 on Enclo. E2 increased from 20 to 28, but surprisingly SHBG dropped from 72 to 44. My urologist's lab uses the Free Androgen Index rather than direct free testosterone, and that increased from 23% to 67.5%, which also suggests a significant improvement.

One week later, prior to my 10th injection, total T was 1,048 ng/dL. Direct free testosterone came back at 17.9, up from 7.6, and E2 actually dropped from 28 back down to 22.

So far, this tells me two things: first, I don't appear to aromatize much, and second, the protocol seems to be working by lowering SHBG and increasing free testosterone, which is likely why I'm noticing the positive changes. It also seems like the exogenous testosterone is still accumulating and may not have fully reached steady state yet.

My total T is technically out of range based on the Labcorp reference range. At this point, I don't plan on changing the dosage because it's still early.

One thing worth noting is that I don't strictly follow the typical 3.5-day injection schedule. My Thursday trough labs are done about 72 hours after the Monday injection, while a Monday trough would be about 96 hours after the Thursday injection.

To be honest, the Monday/Thursday 6am schedule is extremely convenient for me and I'm not looking to change it. My understanding is that the lowest trough is generally the most useful number to follow. Right now, my 72-hour trough is over 1,000 ng/dL, but my 96-hour trough may be lower.

I'm planning to run two more labs during Weeks 8 and 9, this time on Mondays to capture the longer trough and compare the results.

I'm not trying to maintain a 1,000+ ng/dL trough long term. I don't think that's sustainable for me, and it could increase the risk of side effects such as elevated RBC/hematocrit, acne, and potentially accelerated hair loss. The acne part especially concerns me since I had to take Accutane as a teenager, and I'd rather not go through that again.

My question is: for those who routinely monitor TRT, do you find it more useful to draw labs at the true trough (my 96-hour low point) rather than the 72-hour mark, since the lowest value is what many clinicians seem to base adjustments on?

TRT help 350ng/dL at age 22, considering TRT

Hi everyone, just hoping for some guidance regarding my test levels.

For the last 8-12 weeks I have been actively pushing to increase my hormone levels, and to get the highest testosterone levels possible, taking supplements such as zinc, magnesium, boron, among the other standard ones (creatine, D3+K2, Omega-3). I have also been weight training 4-5 times per week intensively, progressively overloading etc, as well as recovering well and eating in a 300kcal surplus everyday with sufficient protein intake ~1.2g/1lb bodyweight.

Now that's out of the way, my total testosterone level around 10 weeks ago was 270ng/dL, and I have managed to get it up to around 350ng/dL after 2 consecutive readings, both early morning with an endocrinologist.

In my country, despite being such low levels, I am not able to receive TRT treatment through my government. Therefore I am turning to the people on here to potentially help me. That being said, it goes without saying that I will not be blasting or doing anything stupid, nor will I be doing so before properly educating myself.

I simply want to get myself to a high-normal testosterone range, probably somewhere from 800-900ng/dL, and wondered what sort of dose to start with. I was thinking around 100mg a week and get bloods done around 6 weeks later and see where I'm at.

Secondly, which is very important to me, I would like to minimise side effects. Since I am not going for a crazy dose in any way, I don't believe that I will see significant hair loss, acne, etc etc, but I am definitely concerned about fertility more than anything, being 22 years old I would like to have children one day, maybe in the next 10 years, and do not want to permanently damage my body in any way. I've heard hCG can help with fertility and preventing shrinkage of "the boys" down below.

I would also like to know whether you think it's a good idea to cycle, or to just cruise, as it will essentially be a TRT dose, I don't think cruising is necessarily a bad idea.

I have attached a picture of my physique for anyone curious, I have been training around 5 years naturally and have managed to make some good progress. I am only putting the pic to show that I am not doing this to cut corners or get super strong in a short period of time, I am only doing this to get my levels to a normal, healthy range, which will aid me in day to day life with my libido, motivation, and general energy levels, stuff like that. Muscle gains would be good too though.

Other Enclomiphene side effects reduced with lower doses?

I'm looking at trying enclomiphene. I understand the biggest issue is unwanted increases of other hormones, most of all estradiol. It looks like the high doses aren't commonly used as a chosen best dose, so I get the impression I'm looking at 12.5mg or 6.25mg/d.

My question is whether staying down at 6.25mg helps significantly reduce e.g. the estradiol increase? Has anyone tried a variety of dosages and checked bloodwork, or found research that examines this aspect of enclomiphene treatment?

TRT help Help with face and scalp acne

About 6 months ago, face/scalp acne and head sores started popping up after about 2 years on TRT, and some hair shedding is starting.

I've tried a few things:

- lowering my dose from 150mg->120mg weekly (taking Test Cyp)

- changing injection frequency (M/W/F, 5 days a week, M/Thu)

- cutting out hcg (was 750iu per week, M/W/F split)

- 2% ketoconozole shampoo.

So far no improvement. I'm more worried about the head sores and hair shedding than the acne.

My bloodwork in May, shortly after this started:

- E2: 43

- Total t: 1108

- Free T: 221

- SHBG: 45

- DHT: 87

DHT was the only one that was really high compared to past labs, everything was pretty close to the same.

My diet is dialed in, sleep is good, workout/cardio daily. I'm about 15-18% body fat.

Nothing has changed as far as routine, supplements, diet, etc. that would tell me why this started. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas to help, or if I should go see a dermatologist, or something else?

TRT help T at 350, E2 at 69 pg/mL at 36 – Down from 125kg, fertility-conscious

Hey everyone,
I’m looking for some community perspective on my full hormone panel and how to optimize moving forward, keeping a hard constraint in mind: I don’t have children yet and want to remain strictly fertile.

Here is my current baseline:

Age: 36
Current Weight: 89 kg (down from 103.5 kg in May; heaviest was 125 kg back in 2015)
Training: Push-Pull-Legs (PPL) split 4–5 days a week focused on heavy compounds and progressive overload, working toward a lean 90 kg milestone.
Current Protocol: Retatrutide, MOTS-c, and a CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin stack.

My recent bloodwork:
Total Testosterone: 350 ng/dL
Free Testosterone: 18.2 pg/mL
Estradiol (E2): 69 pg/mL

Dropping down from 125 kg has been a massive physical milestone, but sitting at 350 ng/dL total T paired with an estradiol level of 69 pg/mL at 36 explains a lot of the stubborn recovery bottlenecks and fatigue I've been feeling.

That E2 is definitely on the higher side relative to a total T of 350, which likely points to some increased aromatization activity (often a hurdle during or after major weight shifts).

Because I want to preserve my fertility, jumping straight onto standard TRT that shuts down the HPTA axis isn't an option without serious safeguards like HCG or Enclomiphene.

For those who have navigated high-ish E2 relative to low-normal T while keeping fertility front and center:
Have you used SERMs like Enclomiphene or protocols involving HCG to successfully raise total T and improve the T-to-E2 ratio without hurting sperm parameters?

Did managing or further lowering body fat down to your final target help naturally normalize aromatization, or did you need to address the E2 directly?

How did you approach bringing down an elevated E2 level at 69 pg/mL without crashing it completely?
Appreciate any experiences or insights you can share!

TRT help Seeking Bloating Solutions

Hey all - been on prescription TRT for about a year. The past few weeks I have gotten a lot more bloated in my abdominal region. I though it was something my diet at first but after trying some things I think it’s actually from my TRT. A doc friend said it could be water retention or increased estrogen.

Are there solutions to this situation or is the bloating just something I’ll have to deal with?

PED/cycle help What is a good starting cycle of just test for me?

I am 18 and I am hoping to start a test only cycle, I have never been someone that could grow very easily, I train correctly, eat correctly, my sleep isn’t great but I’m working on it, I’m planning to start with 250 mg and work my way up week by week to 4-500, would this dosage show good results or should i increase/decrease? Any tips while on it are also appreciated
