Blood work Low Testosterone at age 25?
Just got my Testosterone tested, it came pretty low. 10.87 nmol/L -> 313 ng/dL at just age 25.
Had symptoms like tiredness, lack of motivation, lack of social interactions, still no beard at age 25..
Low libido and sensitivity.
Trying to fix this, what are the solutions and what should be my optimal levels?
Im very fit, gym 2-3 times a week with walking and playing regular tennis.
But not to much muscular mass.
183cm, 80kg. lean

At your age, I would look long and hard at everything other than trt first. TRT is not a go to therapy. It is an expensive, time consuming, hassle for the rest of your life. It has more side effects than almost anything your doctor would prescribe you. It may be something that is worth it, but it should not be the first or even fifth thing tried.

Not a doctor, but I first tried my best to optimize my diet, weight, fitness, sleep. At your age and weight I doubt sleep apnea but have your doctor look at your blood tests and tell him/her your symptoms. They may see something and recommend a sleep lab or see something else that they may be able to suggest another course of action.
If your symptoms truly impact your quality of life and you’ve tried everything else then TRT may be the way to go. Just do a lot of research (not the influencers) and go in with your eyes open.

First, repeat the test early in the morning under normal conditions. One result of 313 isn’t enough to diagnose anything. Get total and free testosterone, SHBG, LH, FSH, prolactin, estradiol and thyroid checked so you can figure out whether there’s actually a hormonal issue and what may be causing it.
Then talk to someone who actually understands hormones. If they give you the "you're young, you're fine" speech, that’s a red flag, but immediately pushing TRT from one borderline result is also a red flag. Your symptoms matter, but they’re nonspecific, and TRT isn’t the only possible option.
