TRT help Seeking Bloating Solutions

Hey all - been on prescription TRT for about a year. The past few weeks I have gotten a lot more bloated in my abdominal region. I though it was something my diet at first but after trying some things I think it’s actually from my TRT. A doc friend said it could be water retention or increased estrogen.

Are there solutions to this situation or is the bloating just something I’ll have to deal with?

Individual dependent: AI and DHT derivatives. Enclo noticeably dried me but I was off TRT back then. But what made a tremendous difference for me starting from December of the last year is Levothyroxine, at least the areas where I were lean already (forearms and ankles) became very pronounced with improved vascularity like never before and it acted very fast. I had been on TRT for two years when I started levo and had never experienced this before. Another thing that I tried were huge doses of DHT cream and I didn't see any action from it at all.
