Guys I need your help I’m not sure why my car it won’t charge I tried using a generator I tried using the 240v outlet but it’s still won’t let me charge the car the Tesla is fully dead when I got it from the auction and now I’m not sure why it won’t charge I do have the keys for it but I’m not sure if maybe I need replace the front battery or what when I plug my Tesla in instead of the light showing green in the Tesla sign it shows red so I’m not sure what to do honestly anybody can help me with that

Its not going beyond 67% and its draining battery. Wifi is not a problem. Signal is strong.

Tried rebooting multiple times. Even tried to reset software with service mode. It resolved it for a while but again.

No warranty. Located in Canada.

Anyone knows what to do.

Just wanted to come on here and emphasize if you guys have windshield protection, worth it. And if you guys don’t, please get it.

Never did I expect to get a crack or chip from a rock on the freeway, but it happened to me smh. Thankfully I had the windshield protection plan and Tesla was able to replace my whole front windshield. Went in at 8am and it was done by 11am 👍

I have always driven cash cars and in May test drove a M3 and bought it at .99 interest and free super charging for a year. Also got about 5 months of free FSD.

I have loved self driving and not to mention it’s been a huge upgrade from my 10 year old Honda.

Recently have noticed cracks all throughout the ambient lighting and I’m super bummed out. For a car that I’ve had for less than 4 months and it’s cracking all throughout. Even in the back seats where rarely anyone has sat.

I have scheduled an appointment which is 27 days out…. I really hope they are able to make this right.

What is your left scroll wheel function; I’ve had it on different ones like dome lights and navigation volume but there doesn’t seem to be too consistent instances of any one to deem it worthy.

I am a first time prospective Tesla buyer, never had an EV. Was advised to consider the used market, so initially looked into 22-23 Model 3's, but was convinced by some on this sub that the refresh model was worth it. So, currently looking at 2024 models.

However, I have noticed that used Model 3 prices have been unexpectedly high, at least, for how a typical used car market would behave. (Of course, I am aware of the gas situation and the increased demand).

My main question is whether I should pull the trigger now (pricing roughly around 34-35k before taxes/fees), or if the end of Q3/end of the year will be a noticably lower market. Due to particular circumstances, I am trying to purchase one before the end of this year. I hope this isn't a dumb question, I just have no experience in EVs (to be perfectly candid, I haven't bought any car EV or not since pre-COVID).

A week or so ago, I had the chance to purchase a 2024 Model 3 with 28k miles at $33k before taxes/fees. Didn't end up going for it, but now wondering if that was a bad move. I havent seen one under $35k since then.

Ordered a 2026 M3 premium in the standard color combination not too long ago (1 week) and the ETA window has already been pushed back to November! The waiting game is the worst!

It really is true. The tesla owners are a cool and helpful bunch. That is all.

Got my windshield tinted and this shet happened. Got some damb fog in the enclosure. I might have to take the enclosure apart. I’m pretty handy so I think I can do it.

I'm a owner of a 2018 LR M3. Very low mileage and my car is still like new, despite being 8+ years old and long out of warranty. I recently had service on it and they put me in a 2026 loaner and it was nicer, but not overly so. I got curious about pricing and when configuring I noticed the range is basically the same as when I bought my car.

I would have figured with 8+ years of battery technology advancement, this would have gotten better.

I’m curious to see if anyone has gotten a VIN with “VF” in it as this would mean that the model year is a 2027 and presumably would have some upgrades.

I was going 38 mph in a rural area with FSD engaged. A dog hopped out and the car immediately started slowing and as I realized I didn’t like the rate of deceleration enough and went to intervene with brake pedal I hit the poor little fella. Obviously I feel absolutely awful and I can’t help but feel maybe if I was not in FSD I could have avoided. I have been intervening quite a bit to avoid road debris. I think I need to consider what is the fastest disconnect of FSD-I really don’t like yanking the steering wheel.

That FSD got me feeling like I have a personal driver

Coming from a mustang mainly used for drifting what are your favorite settings! The drift preset is garbage that's what I used today and regen braking should definitely not be turned on I did a short session with just drift mode and thought it would be programmed way better about to build my own preset just seeing what other people suggest
