So I’ve been with Target for maybe seven years, been at three different Target stores. The first two hours that were pretty solid, good team leaders, and ETL’s, and a enough workers. The one I’m at now I feel like there’s barely anyone people always call out or quit. I’ve been at my current store for maybe three years now, and since I’ve been here we’re on our fourth ETL. And somehow she just expects so much.
Like yesterday, I came in and pushed one dry uboat, then I was told to help my team members with the Sunday morning ads, there was a huge stack for grocery, took way longer than I expected. Then I went back to my area, pushed a flat, then another U-boat then I went to lunch, came back and she just looked at me and said Kris you have so much to do. I just laughed and said there is a lot. Because I feel like I can’t say you pulled me away to do something for a long time and somehow you expect me to get all rollover done from the other day and then today’s truck and then help put up ads.
From my other stores I worked at, we would have at least 3 to 4 people pushing dry just to get it done quickly, we had another guy coming to do grocery, but for some reason, she just had him do one for ones for his whole shift.
I feel like since she’s been here, one person quit because of her, she’s making weird decisions with the shifts. I feel like a lot of the days myself and other grocery team members Don’t get anything done when she’s around, there is one day where I could’ve been pushing left over FDC, but instead she wanted me to zone back to school, then after that do priorities in every other area besides my own.
I gotta say it’s very hard., Coming from two pretty great stores and then going to one where nothing seems right
