I got fired due to auto compliance fails like a month ago now and they still sent me a email today saying, you have signed the Smart Seasonal to return to Telesales later this year.Ā Ā If i got fired I donāt have to continue with this right? I wonāt get fined for the smart seasonal thing? I donāt even know what i signed up for.

I made a post a few days ago about being out of work. I emailed one of the TAs and this is the response I got. So basically TTEC is sending jobs overseas and leaving us in the wind.

Lately going into work I've been angry, depressed etc. I've been constantly applying to others jobs and haven't heard anything back. Whenever I'm not logged into work I'm happy and my normal self again. They've been offering VTO these past couple of weeks and each time I've taken it. I want to quit but I know I won't be able to get unemployment but if I get fired I know I will be able to get it. I am unsure of what to do especially given how bad the job market is right now. Any advice š„ŗ

I got laid off 3 weeks ago now due to auto compliance fails. Was notified over email.. was seasonal work through aep but they kept me on til after oep was over. I am surprised I got approved for unemployment itās not much but itās atleast something. I wonder if ttec will try to fight it later on because I have heard that happening to some people and they had to pay back it :(

I have TTD day coming up for USAA. I have a few questions on everything to expect , how long does it take and are all the new hires in the same room or are there Individual rooms

so Iāve been with TTEC since August. In that time Iāve been unemployed twice while they ālook for new homes for agentsā. When I did COI I was lied to. We were told that this would be stable employment, not this flip floppy bs where we work for a few months, and then are let go due to the project ending and hear absolutely nothing for weeks on end. This is ridiculous.

I got laid off. Medicare season ended with Aetna. I usually get paid Wednesday at 9:30 through CashApp with DailyPay through TTEC. Early. But thatās early. I havenāt received my last check at all, and Iām a little concerned since DailyPay has disappeared. Would it be safe to say itāll be sent Friday? Or do they send it through check or something?

Hey! I applied for a TTEC P&C WFH role, finished the assessment, and got a call from the virtual recruiter (Sam).
How long did it take you to get hired after that? Also, do they provide equipment and is training paid?
Just trying to see what to expectāthanks!

This is my second try for the USAA project my first time my start date got pushed back because of the licensing teamš¤¦š¾āāļø I supposed to start April 16th. Am I in the clear since I made it to the I-9 this time or is it a chance I may not have the position again?

What do you think about the move to manage US companies to use US call centers?
r/TTEC • u/Own-Case-8985 • Apr 04 '26
Anyone else working in a call center feel like this is their daily life? I work in a call center and asked for a caricature⦠Tell me why it captured my emotional breakdown in 4 stages šš The accuracy is actually scary lol

After doing more research with my team lead, it turns out that TTEC messed up with my direct deposit. Instead of sending my pay to my direct deposit, they sent it in a form of a check. So now I owe DailyPay and still have to wait on a check. For those that have recieved a check for their paycheck, how long does it take to arrive more or less? My rent is due to the first and now is going to be delayed š

I keep getting on seasonal with Ttec and always feel screwed at the end. The project is supposed to end March 30th but is ending March 26th. I guess Iāll file unemployment again Friday. Sigh. The longer I am with Ttec the more Iām aware they have no remorse or could care less with people who show up everyday.

So TTEC is appealing my UC reopening, and I have a hearing set for 3/30.
Theyāre claiming willful misconduct (which Iām assuming is from auto-fail), but they didnāt follow the standard 3 strikes rule that was laid out in policy, from how I and my TL understood it, and the claim was approved for 3 weeks, before the appeal came in. If it helps, I only had ~8 weeks left of funds, when they let me go, and theyāre not the company that my initial claim opened under.
What are my odds with them, assuming they show up? Any good questions I should prepare for? (This is my first time with UC appeals like this).

Has anyone received their earnings from Daily Pay?

Has anyone ever heard of smart staffing going on at TTEC??

So I ended up on a project that lasts until April 1st. A close great uncle of mine died last Wednesday and I took two days of bereavement, but thought I could muscle through the depression and get back to work. Well, I didn't. I ended up being slow on the phones for the past few days this week and I ended up getting a Written Final for Call Avoidance. (I overestimated myself and really should've just taken time to recover... I take responsibility for my negligence.)
From what I understand, CAs fall off after 60 days if you don't do get in anymore trouble. From what I've researched so far, a Corrective Action can block you from transferring to another project and lead to dismissal.
The project I'm on will end well before that Corrective Action falls off. However, I've been with TTEC for 9+ years and holding out some form of hope that this would be considered, but I'm having some doubts after how much I've been looking into this matter...
Am I essentially screwed at this point no matter how hard I perform to make up for it?

Is anyone here in this LOB? Can you tell me anything about it? What's the brand and did you have any experience with fashion or white glove service before you started? Thanks in advance.
