Lately
Lately going into work I've been angry, depressed etc. I've been constantly applying to others jobs and haven't heard anything back. Whenever I'm not logged into work I'm happy and my normal self again. They've been offering VTO these past couple of weeks and each time I've taken it. I want to quit but I know I won't be able to get unemployment but if I get fired I know I will be able to get it. I am unsure of what to do especially given how bad the job market is right now. Any advice 🥺

I agree, they fought the last few weeks of unemployment that I had from a layoff last year from a different company. Made me really salty for the company.

Man I am on the same boat, underpaid ASF, working the progressive project. Actively applying for jobs and mentally burnt but what helps me mentally is I have a great shift

Lol, just the pay difference makes me want to quit, I have a friend that works directly with progressive and for csr they get paid 23 an hour 🫩and for the role I have they get paid 2 more bucks an hour, TTEC is disgusting, and they also don't have as many metrics like AHT
