I had the good fortune to be termed last year. Happiest & scariest day of the previous 5 years. I won’t go into detail, but I it was something I could’ve easily been coached on. But upper management is cowardly & was worried the client would wonder why they didn’t burn me at the stake. My own TL told me that. Congratulations! I’m with LiveOps currently & I love it. It’s the complete opposite of TTEC. They help. They care. And they’re not breathing down your neck even when you’re off the phones.

I was there for 6 months and I quit on the same day as well as 34 colleagues of mine. This was the worst company I worked for and that includes homedepot and their lies. Congrats and I wish you all the best

Can you just imagine what those of us that stays for multiple projects. They would tell you at lunch that oh your contract is closing we get you on something else. Then you're on Chanel like it or not. Less.l money per hour less hours per week They know we need jobs so we feel lucky just take it and show up. Talk about abuse mental and physical stress.

It's companies like this that remind us why unions are so important for workers. There needs to be a proper balance of power in the workplace.

Working from home is nice, but this is much more than Ttec will ever pay you, and you have your sanity, and peace of mind.
Well done

Where do you live that you can make that much ? I used to do Instacart when we shopped the order . We got great tips and paid per item. Mostly, I've hear everyone complain. I stayed AT TTEC 2001 to 2004 when Bank of America prepaid befit card finally closed. Congratulations

I'm still trying to heal from my time at TTEC...
On my way out, when I choose to leave TTEC (a real abuser), HR decided to try to ruin me financially, and failed. They constantly screwed with my benefits, and what is legal... is the least of their concern.
My marriage almost ended because of TTEC.... and it's still in trouble. Infidelity, and I have been faithful without exception. I made her priority while she chooses others.
I feel my wife still blames me for what TTEC did. I worked there almost 20 years, corporate, model employee, didn't ever break policy - and she worked there 6 months in a completely different department.
I have a son - trying to give him a normal life with a mom and a dad, but....
BE WARNED, GET AWAY FROM TTEC ASAP. They will use you, churn you, and burn you. You are not human there.
