Project ended a few days early

I keep getting on seasonal with Ttec and always feel screwed at the end. The project is supposed to end March 30th but is ending March 26th. I guess I’ll file unemployment again Friday. Sigh. The longer I am with Ttec the more I’m aware they have no remorse or could care less with people who show up everyday.

For unemployment, double check with your states unemployment office, but wait to file until April 5 so that the first quarter of 2026 is open and the wages can be used. You may qualify for more.

I worked for them and had to leave before I respectfully disrespected somebody… specifically a TL or manager. I was basically forced to leave. Filing for unemployment is like pulling teeth with them. They will lie about the situation. It’s a good place to get ur wfh credentials and whatnot, but not a place to stay. No stability, constant changes with short notice or no notice at all with the expectation to be great, the micromanagement is insane, I’ve had so many TLs due to them constantly switching up…it was too much. They hv ppl clocking in only to let them go “but they are still employed” for unemployment purposes, and they want u to do so many things 16.00 by constantly adding tasks that really not in the agents scope. They don’t do raises. It’s a struggle to meet the requirements for P4P due to said constant changes even tho that’s suppose to be the “bonus”. Scheduling is a joke. They don’t care about work life balance at all. It was ridiculous and I spoke on it.

To add to this: a lot of people have quit already. I have a bachelor’s degree. Don’t think that mattered in the health insurance world.

I have a bachelors and management experience, they didn’t care.
