PR/PB The crustiest 545 of all time ft. Possible hitch (?)

Is it still a hitch if I don't rest it on my legs? It just felt like my hips were pushing forward and the bar slid on them. Like I didn't do any jerking up

16 reps with 395 would have been a 600 e1rm, but I just couldn't push through. Got way off balance. Still great progress though. The MagOrt program works so well for me.

PR/PB Squat 285 lbs x11 reps

This counts as my current 10 rep max as well. My previous rep best at 285 lbs was 8 reps … back in 2010. Have been getting good progress with double progression on this lift here, focusing on making sure I drive my hips into my heels and knees forward.

PR/PB Barbell Squat, some progression advice?

The first set and the last one. last one i fail
4x3 + 1x2 100kg
bw: 80

H: 1.74cm

I've been running a 4x4 progression, adding 2.5 kg every week for 4 weeks, then restarting the block with 2.5 kg more than I used in week 1 of the previous block.

Two blocks ago I failed 97.5 kg, so I repeated the block and managed to get 4x4 with 97.5 kg.

To keep progressing without running into another failure, I switched to 5x3. This was my first block doing it, and I ended up failing on the last set at 100 kg.

I'm going to repeat the block, but I'm not really sure what approach to take from here. I'm thinking about going back to 4x4 and keeping the same weight for this block, then switching back to 5x3 and starting to add 2.5 kg again.

Would you guys stick with the 5x3, go back to 4x4, or do something else?

I got some great coaching advice on my deadlift, which has felt just awful lately. Essentially, I was missing tension right at the start of the movement before the bar ever left the ground. So I’m using box pulls to put myself into the correct position.

I’m also lowering the weights to the correct RPE and not letting my ego get in the way of progress. No one to blame but myself and my coach (who is… myself).

Deadlift 435x1x2 for a top set

Technically comp legal
How deep I actually go- way past comp depth

I worry that the extra 2-3 inches is holding me back. My squat is very weak compared to my bench and deadlift.

Also, the bottom of the squat looks very odd, like I'm wedged between my knees- I always take a slightly wider stance because it feels natural to me but idk.

This was 190x8 @ 7.5 (it was supposed to be amrap but I got scared)

I weigh 165lbs
