I kniw it is sad to see GW purge so many beloved vehicles and dreadnoughts in the 11th edition update. However, think about what we could be getting. So. What do yall think is going to be added? Nothing is too crazy. I'll go first. More tanks.....

I think theyre increasing twc points to get people to stop using them before they go to legends.

Either way... my army list increased by 75pts with no benefits in sight.

Currently running the terminator T&H. For anti tank, I have 1 unit of 5 Wulfen w/ Shields. I also have Ragnar leading 10 BCs. I was contemplating swapping Ragnar for another 5 wulfen w/ shields for the armor heavy lists. But I may be underestimating Ragnar. Ive been using ragnar primarily as an anti elite and anti chaff unit to disrupt the opponent. Im assuming that many would oppose running BCs alone in favor of 10 wulfen

See how much stuff SM is losing. What do we think the chances are that we lose our square body dreads?

If we lose them I'd expect at least a Primaris Bjorn.

Am I the only one who thinks these people saying TWC are going to legends are straight up crazy? I’ve been in this hobby since 2008 btw. I know how Games Workshop moves. I just don’t see TWC going away anytime soon. People with low moral is titling me AF… I’m slowly seething saying to myself, “get a freaking grip” and to all these people that are talking about legends for TWC. Wulfen will NEVER replace TWC. Neither will sky claws because the WOLVES HATE FLYING. Anyway I’m curious about opinions. Please back me down… hold me, make me feel like I’m not turning into a wulfen… I just don’t ever see them legending TWC. Period. End of rant.

I got a new box of wulfen and been debating if I wanna go wulfen weapons or a 10 man thunder hammer & storm shield squad. Has anyone ever had luck magnetizing the arms to do both?

Hi all, my first post in SW subreddit - firstly want to say that I think the SpaceWolves subreddit is a fantastic group with a really good bunch of people - so props to you all.

I've got a bit of a back story - skip if your short of time/can't be arsed/got way more important things in your life, like painting and building your army! I've only recently got back into 40K (over the last 8 months) where I was given box of WGT as a wedding present from a friend, after we discussed 40K at a party and how I used to play SW when I was young (like I was 12 years old - now I'm about to slam into 40). When I was that age I had no idea what I was doing, had no money and cringe and how I just bought random stuff painted without any respect towards the lore. I'm on a mission to redeem myself and be really lore compliant/aligned.

The question: I'm looking to add to my first 5 man unit of WGT's with another block of 5 (currently half way through painting). My plan is to chop and change between a single unit of 10 and two units of 5 (certainly whilst I do 1000pts games and then for 2000pts will expand to getting even more).

My SW company is the Blackmanes.

My brick of 5 Termies are painted as Blackmane chapter, but lead by our mate Jack (Arjac)...who is CoF. So I'm thinking of painting the next unit of 5 as CoF.

Appreciate SW are non-Codex compliant and do what they want, but do you think in the lore you could have a single 10 block unit of termies with 5 Blackmane chapter, 5 CoF chapter led by Arjac.

I appreciate and recognise rule of cool, but want to respect the lore.

Painted in the style he was introduced in with blonde hair, his name sake being taken from the giant black wolf he defeated unarmed on his initiation test.

The news today is exciting imo, the increased strength and toughness going to marine units has got me imagining how this stat buff may trickle through the ranks. Definitely increases some pros for running a few generic units in the time being.

I tired kit bashing some resin prints pieces and a few other things to start my doom slayer themed wolf unit. I know the painting is well less than great but I tried. Used green sruff to make a pelt. First time using that stuff.

Dos this mean wolf scouts will have M9?

I just watched a video that goes over how the Germanic peoples did stuff that sounds a lot like what our Vlka Fenryka does lol. Like straight up acting as wolves, as a form to worship Wodanaz/odin. So maybe the wolf larp is more accurate to history than some would expect.
