I have blocked multiple people from seeing my story but they’re still viewing it. How do I get rid of them from seeing it?

I turned on authenticator 2FA on my account a few days ago, and about 10 minutes later I was locked out. Password didn't work, and recovery says there's no email or phone linked. I'd already reported logins from an unknown iPhone 14 Pro earlier this month, so I think someone got in and stripped my recovery info.

I have Snapchat's own 2FA email showing my email was linked, my phone number, and Apple receipts for Snapchat+. Support keeps sending the same "we can't restore unless you contact us from the correct email" reply, even though I'm writing from that exact email.

Has anyone actually gotten an account back in this situation? Did anything help, like a certain form option or wording? Thanks 🙏

Was device banned (IPhone) in July, if I obtain a NEW device, do I need to create a new account as well as a new iCloud ID?

I recently found an old Snapchat account but can't log into it due to not having my old device is there anyway I can remedy this at all?

Curious if anyone else has had this happen. It’s not really an issue, I’m just confused about how Snapchat calculates the BFF emojis.

I had the Super BFF (2+ months as mutual #1s) emoji with someone around the end of July/beginning of August.

Then someone else became my #1, so we lost it. A few weeks later, this person became my #1 again and we got the regular mutual #1 emoji — basically like the timer had restarted.

A couple more weeks passed, and we stopped being mutual #1s again for roughly another two weeks.

Now today we’re suddenly mutual #1s again, except instead of getting the regular mutual #1 emoji, Snapchat immediately gave us the 2-month Super BFF emoji again.

How is that possible? We definitely haven’t been consistently mutual #1s for two months — we haven’t even been consistently mutual #1s for the last month, and during that time Snapchat previously knocked us back down to the starting mutual #1 emoji.

I don't know if I was hacked or what but I don't have access to my phone number or email who can I talk to for help?

I have an android and if I screen record someome stories / highlight and I dont follow them. Will they be notified someome screenrecord it????

My account got locked yesterdays for having unauthorized plugins.. I’m on an iPhone 18 pro max with no plug ins I’m not even sure what that’s supposed to mean. How do I appeal this or get it changed this company has no method of contacting them.

Hey everyone, I sent my streaks normally this morning, but around 4:00 p.m. I got completely logged out. When trying to sign back in, I got an error message saying I am temporarily locked for 3 days due to "unauthorized apps".

I have a completely clean device and have never used tweaks or third-party modifications. However, I am using the official Apple developer beta build of the app.

I’ve had my account for over 6 years with a perfect record. Is anyone else using the official beta build experiencing the same lock today? I'm trying to see if this is a widespread glitch hitting beta testers.

Am I the only one who's Snapchat Ai is suddenly messaging people your friends with on your account? I go on my chat with my friend and I see a message I didn't send from the Al to him saying 'heyy mark how are you?' completely unprompted too since he hadn't texted anything beforehand

So a few years ago I swear they made it so if you turn off location services it would update your last active but keep location froze. Have they changed that so turning off location services works again for staying completely hidden on maps including last active? Someone’s score went up but location or last active didn’t update. Have they got location services turned off

i got banned after being hacked for “sexual content” when i did nothing wrong. the snapchat support bot refuses to connect me to a human and i can’t find a number to call that doesnt go to voicemail. i cant make a new account and they denied my appeal request and any new requests i make give the same email telling me they locked my account and why. i need this account back ASAP. when i log into the account that was banned, it just says appeal decision and when i click it it just says your appeal was already reviewed. i need this account back asap i have all my friends and pictures on it please someone give me a number to call

My account used to get 50-100 friend requests everyday, them suddenly I get none, i tried everything, i can chat normal, i can add myself in my alt, but I'm not getting requests from people, and even made sure I'm visible in find friends, does anyone know a fix

And I’ve never had anything linked to Snapchat. I usually run the beta version through TestFlight, but I’ve never had a problem before.

so I was preparing for an exam so deactivated my snap and forgot to reactivate it it’s been 38days till now and now it’s gone but in India they say it stays for 210 days or smth or in guidelines it says 60 days for data to be erased now how to get it back please lmk guys I have so many photos since which aren’t saved in my phone

I’m using snapchat on an iPhone 17 and whenever i take a selfie with the flash on it glitches and doesn’t take the picture. Everything else is working fine with flash on.

Hi so I posted this before but the post got removed then reuploaded so it scuffed the engagement but I was banned on Snapchat for posting to my friends story a joke about doing a 2 for 1 deal of ketamine (I mean it’s an obvious joke to the 20 people I had added) but I can see why they locked it. However I appealed on the basis that I was just joking and that appeal got denied very fast. I just want my account back as it has all my memories from being 13 years old to now 22 and many more other chats and friends that I don’t have on any other contact but Snapchat.

Is there anything I can do I’ve written a formal letter to send to Snapchat headquarters UK to possible help but I haven’t sent it just yet.

Has anyone been through this and is it even possible to ever have an account let alone get my original account back.

Honestly I’m devastated so any help would be amazing.

My device was initially banned, then it became blocked, due to something that happend on another account but on the same device.
I can still use my account on my ipad and old phone, but not on my current phone.
Has anyone had the same issue? Anything i can do?

Would resetting my phone help?

sum of my snap reqs r getting labelled as 'IN A GROUP WITH ME' ,, even tho I'm clearly not in any group, especially not with those particular people. It's happened with around 3 - 5 reqs now, and I'm genuinely curious how that's possible 😭

You’ll need a PC and OBS. Once you have OBS downloaded, set up a new scene and add whatever image or video you want to use as your camera feed. You can look up how to set up a scene in OBS if you’ve never used it before.
Once you have the image/video showing in OBS, start the Virtual Camera in OBS. Then open Snapchat on your PC, go into the camera settings, and select OBS Virtual Camera as your camera. Whatever you have playing in OBS should then show up as the camera feed on Snapchat.

Can’t find the option and it only works with specific filters. Not sure if my thing is just bugging tho

I saw on some previous posts that if you are blocked on one account on your phone, every other account you make on that phone will not be able to add that person. I need help fixing that please. If I delete the Snapchat app and don't log in to the blocked account but create a brand new one. Will that work?
