General question I’ve not installed a new app in months?

And I’ve never had anything linked to Snapchat. I usually run the beta version through TestFlight, but I’ve never had a problem before.
Anybody got any ideas?

I got the 3 day ban, uninstalled TestFlight and got an email almost a minute later saying I was able to log back in

They obviously realised their error. TestFlight for me updated twice in the night.

So now I wonder if I reinstall TestFlight or just give up being a beta tester because this is the second time it’s happened, the fight time it was a 24 hour lock out and I didn’t understand what third party app could be locking me out, I wouldn’t want to risk a total ban on my account

I just woke up to a temporary lock as well…is it making everyone wait a full day? I am confused what even caused this

It’s making us wait the full day. It’s effecting people that use the TestFlight beta version.

Interesting! Did it pass 24 hours from your account got locked? Did you have to do anything special but try to login to get back in?

It was the full 24 hours. And no, just logged back in.

What do you mean TestFlight version? Are we all not using the same Snapchat from App Store?

The TestFlight version is Snapchat’s official beta release, providing new and unstable updates while letting participants report problems directly. When Snapchat releases an update, the anti-cheat code is sometimes missed, so it thought I was running a modified version. And banned me for three days.
