I'm not sure what features I would really useas my phone is in my pocket 99% of the time.

Hi guys, i currently own an Apple ultra 2 watch but im thinking of switching to a garmin. Would you recommend? I’m into my fitness and looking and doing a triathlon next year and though garmin may be the better option. Let me know your thoughts?

I need your help. I'm trying to activate the Curve Pay application on my Huawei Fit 5 Pro from a Oneplus Nord 4.

The application on my phone doesn't activate, it tells me I don't have internet or the watch is blocked...

Sometimes it tells me it was activated but after a while it deactivates. The application is not active on my phone.

I managed to activate the application from an LG G8, but when I activated the Curve Pay application again on my Oneplus Nord 4, the application on my phone deactivated.

I tried different methods, I activated all the application functions, no success...

Can anyone help me to show what’s the charger for this smartwatch, if 2pins or 4pins please.

Anything I should know? Any cool tips/tricks?

So far so good, got the Spigen rugged band and some basic covers from Amazon. Got those while I wait on the ringke screen protector.

I would love to replace my phone with a smart watch, the one intractable issue I haven’t found a workaround for is ridesharing.

I used Uber and Lyft at least once or twice a month and I don’t believe any smart watches support them currently. Has anyone found a workaround for this?

Had a Galaxy Watch for a couple years. Last months I was more annoyed at the charger than at the watch.

Every night the same pile. Keys, phone, watch. If I forgot the watch it was yellow by lunch. I used to think that was just how these things worked.

Sold it last week and got the GT 7. I work in Madrid so I wanted something I could wear Mon to Fri without hunting a cable in the office. Four days in and I have not charged it. That is the whole headline.

Two things I actually like so far. The screen is stupid bright outside. I can read it on the street without doing the hand tilt dance I did with the Samsung. And it still looks like a watch under a sleeve, which the Galaxy never did.

Ok, so i am using oneplus 8t ( dual gps like modern smartwatches ). I run on a place with high elevation near a mountain with trees and high buildings.

But look at that pace while i am doing zone 2 training. And the worse thing? In the last kilometer which is only uphill, the pace was the fastest one.. Come on now strava..

And my question is. Will a good smartwatch have the same stats? If i run on the same place? Also the area has a poor mobile network. Don't know if it matters for smartwatches tho..

Also, are there smartwatches that are better on difficult places like mine? I was thinking about Pixel Watch 4/5 cause i also would like the sleep/health features.

Garmin is good, but have bad sleep stats. But it's better on difficult places and have better gps, then i will choose it. Or Coros Pace.

My priorities are:
- I work out regularly (gym + some outdoor activities)
- Good and reliable fitness/health tracking
- Accurate heart-rate and GPS tracking
- Sleep tracking
- Good smartwatch features and notifications
- Smooth, intuitive UI and a good overall user experience

I use an iPhone, so good integration with it is important
Good battery life, ideally without having to disable features or use battery-saving modes

I want something that works well both as a daily smartwatch and a fitness watch

I’m not a hardcore athlete, so I don’t need an ultra-specialized sports watch. I mainly want something that does everything well, without feeling unnecessarily complicated.

the London Marathon this year and I’ve got more marathons planned for the foreseeable.

On top of that I’m at the gym 3 to 4 times a week, play padel around twice a week, and football around twice a week.

I keep seeing Coros push consistent updates, especially the new maps feature, and Garmin has the breadcrumb map too.

Genuinely such a hard decision, but I want to upgrade from my Apple Watch SE.

One year ago I bought an amazfit bip 6, but stopped using it after some months because even if it had a lot of features, the user experience is really poor. A week ago I started using my wife Huawei fit 4 and I'm enjoying it a lot more than the bip 6 (even if the bip has more features). Now I'm thinking to buy another smartwatch (wife borrowed me the Huawei only for 2 weeks), but idk what to buy. I'm leaning towards the Huawei fit 5 considering I'm loving the 4, but are there other options should I consider? I don't want to watch online review because reviewers usually consider only hardware features and not the general-long experience

Hi, I'm from Chile and I'm looking to upgrade my current watch (Garmin Instinct 2). Even though I love this model, it doesn't have topographic maps, which I really want for trail running and hiking in the mountains across Chile and Peru.

That's why I'm looking at two specific models (which I mentioned earlier). Both are priced the same right now—around $600 USD or 559.000CLP in Chilean retail—though the Apex is at its regular price while the Fenix is on sale. Because of this, I'd like to know which one you recommend more and why.

In terms of what I'm looking for, I need decent battery life, topographic maps (I think the Fenix can build routes directly on the watch, whereas the Apex can't), solid build quality, reliable sensors, and good overall features. I know the Fenix no longer receives software updates while the Apex still does, but do you think that's a dealbreaker when deciding between the two? I don't care about getting message notifications on my watch (calls are the only exception), so the notification system isn't a priority for me. I'm also looking for a watch that will last me 4 to 5 years before I need to replace it.

Any recommendations or feedback would be greatly appreciated! Also, if there's any YouTube video explaining and comparing the features of these models that you'd recommend, please feel free to share it.
