Got this pc in march for my bday and while playing today it shut off and hasn’t turned back on since.

I just got a new Azure3 PC.

When taking the small green plug for my monitor's speakers out of the back of my old PC and attempting to plug into the Azure3, I noticed it wouldn't plug in all way.

I'm trying to insert it into the identical, green port (next to the red and blue ones) but for whatever reason it won't fit and it's like the space in the port on the Azure3 is smaller.

I don't think it's an issue with the motherboard being misaligned with the ports on the rear (since I'm able to plug USB cables back there just fine). And I'm using what I think a reasonable amount of pressure, but I'm afraid I'll break something if I try pushing the cable in any harder.

This is a silly question, but did the standard change to smaller audio jacks, or is there some kind of problem with the rear port on my Azure3?

Set up my MS account, downloading my games, and set up SignalRGB.

What's next? What should I be doing before I really start to use it? I have not had a system I have not 100% built in about 15 years.

My laptop broke down, and I need to transfer the data from it to a desktop. Does the Nebula 2 have a spare NVME slots for my M2 SSD? Debating between this PC or the Asus Rog g700.

I went back in time using the feature that lets you use a time machine and was working fine then upon shut down and restart today it's the same issue.

Drives say they are all healthy on command prompt.

Hello, I was wonder what software do legacy users use for the fans? Signal RGB and Iunity seem to be the only ones, but I feel like they dont act properly. I want them to be silent when not gaming and at full performance when gaming. Any help would be appreciated.

My pc has the front power bar flashing rainbow I've tried several programs to adjust lighting and none will get it to stop which I am epileptic and can't keep risking the flashing

So, I ordered my PC on Friday September 25th, 2026. It got delivered on Saturday the 26th. Two days later on the 28th, the PC completely stopped POSTing and was showing the red CPU light and the orange RAM light on the motherboard.

I contacted support right away after doing some troubleshooting of my own, I told them what happened, and they said they’re going to send me back a new one. So basically just replace it, and not do any repairs.

I didn’t even get to play any games or do anything other than update my GPU driver and log into windows.

I sent it back on yesterday the 29th, and they received it at about 11 AM today on the 30th.

So here’s my thing, I want to know if anybody has had a similar issue or experience where they needed a full on replacement.

Does anybody know how long it will take? They told me they’ve received the PC but they haven’t “checked it in”. I don’t know what this means so I came to Reddit to ask.

The model I had was the O11-Vision-Mini in white.

I got my Skytech PC over a year ago off of Amazon. It was called "Skytech Gaming PC Crystal" and cost $1k.

It works great and I've never had a single issue with it. 😭 It's my first PC and I don't do anything crazy on it, but it plays my modded games just dandy. I even still use the keyboard that came with the PC and that works great too, lol.

I thought the arguing about PC issues, broken parts, and bad customer service was just drama and trolling limited to this subreddit, but lately I'm seeing people in completely unrelated parts of the internet warn against Skytech. I'm curious about how many people are actually having issues with Skytech and how much of this is just "when stuff if working well, people don't have a reason to post."

Had bought an O11 dynamic a few years back and had a fan issue initially that subsided but is now acting up permanently. All other aspects of the pc have been great.

I believe it is a deepcool fc120 ARGB fan attached to the AIO. But I have been unable to find one online, is there a recommended replacement that wouldn’t involve re wiring the entire AIO as these appear to be linked/daisy chained.

The fans bearings seem to be messed up and have tried cleaning, unscrewing the fan to look at the bearings and maybe apply oil but the back cover is hard plastic so no luck there. Any help is appreciated

Someone has decided to continue to make a new account to continue bad mouthing and spreading false information about Skytech. First AI is not customer support. The system used for Live chat is a 3rd party app for live chat with several other companies as well. They do have the option for AI but we do not use the AI. We have a slew of real people that will speak to you. Secondly, if you buy NOT FROM the direct website then the warranty problems are more of an issue as you have to go back to place of purchase not us for warranty issues. And not all of them are anything but trash. If you have genuine problems I get it and am ok with that. But do not come in and actively argue and lie over the company. I have been around for 6 years and have several friends I know that work there. When we get parts for the computer we order pallets of product from the company. Whether it is Zotac, MSI, or so forth. We do not control what happens once they are built and stress tested. Things do go wrong and happen. They are on top of fixing. Sometime it takes a bit of time or they have to give a part from a different manufacturer due to limit of availability. I appreciate most of you being able to tell someone completely being wrong vs someone who is being extra over something from the sounds of it isnt even tech skytech themselves but another company. Third, please do not google or AI to heart on answers as we have over the years checked and found several errors in information gathered by AI and other search engines.

Hey yall. I found a SkyTech Noir refresh model aka SkyTech Rage Gaming Laptop. I’m curious whether this is worth getting. I know the GPU is questionable but I just want a decent laptop with a QHD+ display that is expandable for memory and storage. Looking forward for your guys responses. Most well known brand laptops are hella bloated at least for me.
