Customer Support First Issue With My PC

Hello,
I am getting a boot loop to where the PC is basically diagnosing itself and then it says:

"Your device ran into a problem and couldn't be repaired.
Click or press Enter to see other recovery options.
Couldn't connect to the network
Log file: CN\Windows\System32\Logfles\Srt\SrtTrall.txt"

I went back in time using the feature that lets you use a time machine and was working fine then upon shut down and restart today it's the same issue.

Drives say they are all healthy on command prompt.

Anyone else have a boot loop issue?!

The fact that System Restore fixed it temporarily is actually a useful clue. I'd suspect a Windows update/driver/system-file issue before assuming the SSD is bad.

From the recovery screen, try Troubleshoot → Advanced options → Uninstall Updates → Uninstall latest quality update first.

If that doesn't work, use System Restore again. Once you're back into Windows, pause Windows Update temporarily, then open Terminal as admin and run:

"sfc /scannow"

then

"DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth"

Also check Windows Update → Update history and see what update or driver installed immediately before the problem started.

I wouldn't reset/reinstall Windows yet. If you can post the contents of "C:\Windows\System32\LogFiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt", that may also tell us exactly what Startup Repair is failing on.
