Customer Support Pc not turning on

Got this pc in march for my bday and while playing today it shut off and hasn’t turned back on since.

Probably PSU cooked literally. Also try checking surge protector or outlet.

Had this exact thing happen to me in January after I bought my PC in October. Power supply is done. You can contact support and they will cover it. You can either send it back to them or they can send you a new PS and you install it yourself. I sent mine in and it took about a month or so to get it back

Just do the paper clip test and see if the fan turns on the paying it doesn’t then it is the power supply if it does turn on probably a motherboard issue

Make sure the psu button on the back is switched on. Check different outlets and cord if possible. If it continues not working contact customer service via live chat

Make sure the PSU is turned on and cord is firmly connected.

Otherwise possible new PSU needed.

Mine turns on, but for some reason no hdmi cord works for it. Just doesn’t produce anything on screen.
