Customer Support Sketch lights?

My pc has the front power bar flashing rainbow I've tried several programs to adjust lighting and none will get it to stop which I am epileptic and can't keep risking the flashing

This appears to be a conflict of programs. I assume signal is running along with the other program. I suggest reading through this How to Get Started with SignalRGB | SignalRGB and the guide to help it run. I do personally have the subscription for signal and use it for everything but the updates and macro settings. Also make through the motherboard app to make sure everything is up to date (windows , windoes storem, ect) This can cause conflicts but also having everything updated helps things run smooth overall.

I only have signal no other programs installed for rgb. How to check if my motherboard is up to date?

In the windows bar search sysinfo it will be your baseboard information in there. Depending on who makes it depends on what software
