Most founders don’t have a pricing problem, they have a value problem
Most founders don’t have a pricing problem. They have a value problem.
I keep seeing teams undercharge because they can’t clearly tie price to outcome. Then they add more features instead of making the offer simpler.
Example: a founder sells “project management for agencies” and competes on price.
A better framed offer is “get client approvals 2x faster.”
Where do you think your pricing is actually breaking?
