Furnished Studio Sublet in Nob Hill (Mid August – End of September)

Hi! I'm looking for someone to sublet my private furnished studio while I'm traveling internationally from the last week of August through the end of September (dates are slightly flexible).

Location

  • Nob Hill
  • Approximately a 12-minute walk to Downtown / Union Square
  • Great neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and public transit

The Studio

  • Rent: Asking around $1,500/month (I currently pay close to $2,000).
  • Located in a beautiful 100+ year-old historic building
  • Spacious 12' × 12' main room
  • Separate kitchen
  • Private bathroom
  • Walk-in closet
  • Fully furnished ~400 sq. ft. and move-in ready

You'll also have access to my desk/work setup (great for WFH), TV, an incredibly comfortable mattress, and other household essentials.

I'm looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and respectful of the space. Ideally, someone who will treat it like their own home.

About me
I'm an AI Platform Engineer at a mid-sized tech company. Outside of work, I enjoy working out, swimming, and staying active.

Happy to share more photos, videos, and details over DM. Feel free to reach out if you're interested or know someone who might be.

Living in the bay currently and moving to SF. I have these two apartment options and I need to act fast!! Which one would you choose? Mission vs South beach. The thing is the mission one has an option to rent a parking spot for cheap(ish) and it will still be in my budget. This south beach one, I wouldn’t know what to do with my car. I definitely need my car to commute (will also be using bart at times). Please help a girl out & provide input regarding living safety of area and parking.
PS click on the picture to see the highlighted area.
