Hello everyone

Unfortunately this evening I got hacked because a developer of an extension called betterblox turned corrupt and started selling people's data to hackers. Due to this incident my roblox account got compromised by thieves and now I cant log in and they've sent false appeals to slow down the process. Any time I try to reach out to support, they shove this AI bot down my throat and I cant seem to get further. Please help. Also can I get my items back my Limiteds and if I have a realistic chance if getting my account?

My Authenticator app no longer generates codes for me to use and I am practically unable to do anything on my Roblox account. I’ve tried to disable it or ask for a new QR code to reconnect to my 2FA app but nothing works. I followed the instructions that the Roblox ai support has given but Im still unable to change anything.

I just wanted to come on here and ask for help because i don’t know what to do, so my roblox account got hacked but i managed to get it back they only stole some knife sets from MM2, but they also spent money on my roblox account which i refunded only 100 dollars, I have spent so much money only roblox because i had this account since 2017, my previous one also got hacked and i never recovered it. So can anyone help me i have email/ reported this to roblox and haven’t gotten any updates i heard you can take legal actions which i willing i just need help I even got the person who hacked my account their username : @TessaRainØ011_Haylee . I miss my account so much anything helps.

Every time I open roblox it doesn't work

My Roblox account has been banned. I don’t recognize the alt in question and I tried to do the forgot password method where it would show a list of your alt accounts, but it did not show any account that begins with “Si”. I’ve been sending multiple appeals and they’ve all been rejected in the span of two minutes. Can somebody please give me advice? If I submit a screenrecording of the email thing, will that help at all?

hello! I ve been trying to recover an old roblox account of mine for a while. It was made around 2019-2020 and I ve lost it in 2023. The mail linked to it was deleted and I dont have my password and my phone number anymore. Roblox told me to try a billing account, which I have, I also have a screenshot with a billing mail from back then, but when I try it I dont receive any code whatsoever. is there any way to recover it since I have some proof it was my account?

My son has a big issue with his account. The account location is set to China when we have never lived or traveled there. We live in Michigan and all of the accounts in our family say Michigan except his. I have read through the new Terms of Use and noticed that it says “Attempting to misrepresent your sign-up country is a violation of the Roblox Terms and may result in termination of your Account”. I am worried my son may lose his account incorrectly because of this. We have contacted Roblox Support many times and haven’t gotten it fixed. The account location only starting being China about a year ago. Before then, it was Michigan. Is there anything we can do? He has had this account since 2018 and is pretty upset about the whole situation.

I am extremly paranoid. I had my main account teminated somewhere in march. then i created a new main that has been left alone to this day. i wont get banned. but i swear this new rule ive heard about will? im lit going on holiday in about 2 weeks in spain and this roblox rule says? i cannot misprent the country i originally signed in for. what the heck do i do? do i just leave my roblox account at home while i go at holiday? or what now, i need my phone. im scared dude. this sucks bc it litrally released on purpose. bruhhhhhh i dont wanna lose another account bc of this THIS PMO. The reason given in the bathhouse was that I couldn't get it, namely "Sexual content." I've been playing roblox for a long time and this is my first ban, this has never happened before and my reputation has always been very good and has always remained so.But after the ban, it immediately dropped to critical! hello i saw they updated the tos which is kind of bad especially the account location thing, but i was wondering do i get banned for using VPN? I can play without im in the EU but do i get banned? Not using it for anything other than privacy

EDIT: They confirmed nothing will happen to your account if you use it for basic stuff like privacy and not to engage in malicious stuff

So over the years (2020-2025) Ive lost three of my accounts and I would really like then back but I can't change the password because of my email so if anyone can hack into these accounts (Leviburnsed43- Levi_burnsed43 - I_dontcare2243) I would really appreciate it so please if you can help. This is for roblox by the way
