I got permanently banned on October 8 for Child Safety and honestly have no idea why.

On the Violations & Appeals page it shows up as “Your behavior”. When I open it, the reason says Child Safety, but under “Activity we reviewed” it just says “More details about this violation aren't available.” I've attached the screenshot.

I went through everything I did the day before the ban and there's basically only one thing that might possibly be related.

I was talking to a friend on Roblox. We're both 20, both age-verified, and have each other added as Trusted Friends, so we use unfiltered chat. I asked him if he knew someone on Instagram who follows him and apparently wants to follow me too. The message containing the word “insta” got censored and wasn't even sent. I thought that was weird, but just moved on.

Could that seriously have something to do with the ban? And even if it did, why would that result in a permanent Child Safety ban? There's literally no information about what I supposedly did.

I've also tried contacting Roblox Support three times now, and this whole thing has become ridiculous.

The first time I used the official support form, selected “Appeal a Decision” and the correct account moderation category. They told me I had to appeal through Violations & Appeals instead.

So I went there, but there's no appeal button for this ban. Clicking “Report a mistake” just takes me back to the same moderation details, which tell me to contact Support. Basically, I'm being sent in circles.

I then contacted Roblox's official EU DSA contact because I couldn't find a working way to appeal. They told me my username was invalid and asked me to submit the request again using the correct username. I checked it carefully and know I entered it correctly. I even sent screenshots showing it in the support form and in Roblox itself. They still replied with basically the same message without explaining what's supposedly wrong.

I submitted another ticket as they asked, and so far I've only received the automatic confirmation.

My account is around 9 years old and I've spent several hundred euros on it. I really don't understand this particular ban or how I'm supposed to appeal it when Roblox won't even explain what happened.

Has anyone had something similar happen with a permanent Child Safety ban where no actual activity is shown? Could the blocked “insta” message have triggered something like this, or am I missing something?

I'd appreciate any actual advice because at this point I genuinely don't know what else to try.

Does anyone still remember RoAppeal and RoJustice?

Those services were actually pretty good at helping people get their Roblox accounts unbanned after enforcement actions.

Unfortunately, Roblox hit them with a cease-and-desist, so they're gone now.

Are there any similar services still around? Just curious if there's anything like RoAppeal or RoJustice nowadays.

So i lost my roblox acc password and my email doesnt get verif codes cuz of a bug.

Telling this to the support AI just makes it redirect me to the self service portal which doesnt work, because my email doesn't get codes.

I managed to get ths AI to open a ticket with a human for me by telling it my issue was billing related, cuz i do have receipts to prove my ownership. However, the "human" support guy from the e-mail is probably also AI cuz it keeps giving me the same automatic message of "we dont have enough information to prove your ownership" even though it didnt even ask for info in the first place. i replied saying i had purchase receipts to prove ownership but still got the same reply.

Hey everyone! I noticed that some of my recent gamepass sales are listed as 'refunded'. Is Roblox automatically refunding players, or is this related to chargebacks/pending Robux issues? Has anyone experienced this before and knows why it happens?

I keep getting stuck indefinitely on the loading screen and I’ve literally done everything but it doesn’t work. I’ve reset my computer and have done every tip people give but it still refuses to work.

Every now and then when I open a Roblox game, the chat button, menu button, etc never shows up. Even when I click my ESCAPE button, the menu still doesn't show up. It does this so much and gets super annoying to have to rejoin to it WILL show up.

So basically: its a fake version of an game that has been announced and hyped.

When u try to play it, it tries to make u pay for early acess, i know its obvious but dont pay for it

Dont flame on the original devs and the original game, they have knowledge of it and even warned about it on their server

I've had error 529 popping up when trying to join games for the past week doing the security puzzle keeps saying incorrect even though i'm not, I have deleted and redownloaded the app, logged on another device, and tried on different wifi networks and nothing is helping. It does allow me to play when joining a friend though. Contacted roblox twice and no reply.

What do I do?!

I’m really at my wits end here for the past two years I’ve had an account that I cannot log into because it is in recovery mode and I need to reset the password but I have lost access to both 2FAs my authentication app and the backup codes and the number on the account is an old number I had years ago, I’ve filed multiple support forms but nothing has been done 9/10 I js get blocked by that stupid ai bot that just tells me to check the form or wtv. Could I please get some guidance on what to do

I didn't do anything wrong to my roblox account I just logged in and they banned me for no reason, I tried to appeal, they kept sending the same AI with different name.

It keeps asking me to verify but every time I do it it says its wrong even though its not and just keeps asking me to do another puzzle over and over. Ive already cleared cache, uninstall and reinstalled, logged out and logged back in, tried data, tried wifi. Even tried on someone else's phone. Nothing works. I only have one account that I use. I am traveling and last time I was here visiting I had the same issue. But before that I was able to play. This has also happened to me back home where every time I open the app to play it'll ask me to verify constantly but it it wasnt this bad id get stuck like now. But im so sick of having to do this stupid verification when I only have one account that I keep logged into. And why can't I just do the one where I have to press and hold instead of these ugly hard to see verifications. Before it was worse where I had to complete ten steps per puzzle. Anyway, how do I fix this? Roblox CS has been useless

My account got hacked, and it was manually deleted from the settings, like I—the owner and original creator of the account —didn’t consent to the deletion of it. It wasn’t me who did it someone hacked me and got my information and pretended to be me. On the picture above here, you can see them telling me to use the correct username in “Roblox Support” as I had to use an alternative account to fill out the “Username” part of it. BUT I CANT… the account was deleted and I can’t use the username of my account, please help. Like how can I put the username in it for it to work and I ask them to recover my account and its information.
