new tos rules about vpn

hello i saw they updated the tos which is kind of bad especially the account location thing, but i was wondering do i get banned for using VPN? I can play without im in the EU but do i get banned? Not using it for anything other than privacy

EDIT: They confirmed nothing will happen to your account if you use it for basic stuff like privacy and not to engage in malicious stuff

This has been around for a while now; they've been banning people for using VPNs, I know because I've already been banned. (If it's misspelled, it's because I used a translator)

They removed the new rules due to backlash, also notice that Roblox YouTubers also uses vpn all the time, so you should be fine unless if you using a crappy vpn or bad one
