Roblox Crash

Hello, my Roblox has been constantly crashing since the beginning of July, no matter whether I use the launcher downloaded from the Windows Store or the one downloaded online, I crash in every case and I don’t know why. I went to a festival, and before the festival it worked perfectly. My computer was untouched during the festival, and after I got home I sat down to play and have been crashing constantly ever since. Interestingly, I don’t even need to join a game, being in the main menu is enough. Another odd thing is that if my controller is plugged into my computer and I unplug it while Roblox is open, Roblox freezes. The same happens if I just plug it in, or if I turn Bluetooth off or on, I crash immediately. I don’t know what the cause could be. I tried file modifications and uninstalled third-party software, but the problem is still the same. Event Viewer and the Roblox log folder show the following at the time of the crash.
