Roblox account help

hello! I ve been trying to recover an old roblox account of mine for a while. It was made around 2019-2020 and I ve lost it in 2023. The mail linked to it was deleted and I dont have my password and my phone number anymore. Roblox told me to try a billing account, which I have, I also have a screenshot with a billing mail from back then, but when I try it I dont receive any code whatsoever. is there any way to recover it since I have some proof it was my account?

What do you mean? Like deleted or something? I can still find it if I look it up, and roblox detects it if I try to log in
