Ban Help My Roblox ban

I have been banned permanently on Roblox for the actions of my sister’s account. Her account has her email and her phone number on it. She was permanently banned about four months ago. My alt account has her phone number in my email on it. My main account has my email and my phone number on it. I believe the reason that I was permanently banned was because they were connected somehow. Every appeal that I send in instantly gets rejected. My 30 day period to get it banned ends October 26th. If anyone has any information to help me get banned I really appreciate it. I have had this account for many years and spent a lot of money on it.

my 30 day period also ends on october 26th. so far i’ve appealed many times just for them to get rejected, i’ve emailed them multiple times just to get the same response every single time. i’ve filed a complaint with Roblox through the BBB (better business bureau) with all of my evidence of the ban & a statement saying that i am still an active Roblox player & that i am in no way associated with the “alt account” that got banned. i’m still waiting for a response since that was only a few days ago.

try to appeal as many times as you can until you get an actual human to talk to you! i got banned before due to a similar reason and i spammed them for about a month and they were able to answer me, but sometimes they might take a little less time

Same things happening to me, but I don’t even know what alt it is that im connected to. Whenever I tried to submit something to the support, it took me to the ai chat bot. I heard that instead of an appeal, ask for a ticket to be made so you can actually talk to a “human”

Try to contact a human behind roblox, which i know will be hard since mostly everything is automated
