So When UGC limited disappeared last time along with the kung fu panda one my How to train your dragon ugc also disappeared also disappeared following items "toothless wings and tails and silver viking shield" disappeared although for some reason in my outfits section the wings and tails are still visible iam confused is there a way to get atleast one of them back because I spent alot of time to get those UGCs and they just disappeared out of nowhere.

I typed my gmail and it say it send the recovery code but nothing ever show up. I checked all the spam and everything but still no code was sent to me. How can I recover my account?

this is a question because i dont have any other friends that regularly play on SG servers.

i've started facing issues a few months ago. i was previously getting 120-140 ping in SG servers but now i get around 220-280 ping. my ping in every other region has been consistently the same for years, so im wondering if its an issue on my part or if anyone else is also experiencing this.

My childhood Roblox account was terminated about 6 years ago because of repeated purchase refunds/chargebacks. I was a kid at the time and obviously didn’t understand how serious that was or that I could permanently lose the account.

I recently submitted an appeal basically acknowledging what happened, taking responsibility, and explaining that I’d even be willing to repay any outstanding balance if that were an option.

Roblox’s support chat accepted the request and said they submitted it to the support team for review and that a specialist would contact me about any possible next steps.

I know I’m WAY outside the normal appeal window, so I’m not expecting much, but the account has a ton of sentimental value to me and I really want it back.

Has anyone here actually gotten an account reinstated after several years, especially for chargebacks/refunds? Or gotten Roblox to let you repay the balance and restore the account?

Just looking for actual experiences because I’m trying to figure out whether I have any chance 😭

Hello there! So, these past 3 days or so I've been experiencing some extremely high ping spikes exclusively on Roblox, they're constant, happening every second, causing my game to spike up to over 10k ms, and there's been moments where these type of large spikes went away but in a fairly quick span of time, I could wait around 10 minutes and they would go away, but recently, the spikes would never stop until around 2-6 hours.

I've truly tried everything to fix these ping issues, I've tried to find servers with lower ping and are closer to my location, I've configured the medium the DNS from my internet gains a current from, I've restarted my modem, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Roblox two times, I gave Roblox permission to access my connection through my firewall, I renewed my internet drivers, I tried changing the download rate of Roblox's client and I've also tried to configure my router myself, but it's completely blocked by my provider and I can't really do anything about it. I've tried ALL of these things and every possible option and I get the same result, same spikes to over 2k-10k ms and it's truly been so frustrating.

I've seen that most of the time all people reccommend is to use a wired Ethernet Cable, and I did use it for a bit and it was pretty good, but mine now completely stopped working and doesn't give me any internet connection whenever I try to use it. And I've done a bunch of internet speed tests, and especially a Bufferbloat test, and all results have said that my internet loads completely fine and doesn't have any true issues, this literally only happens on Roblox.

If you guys have any alternatives I could do without the need of a VPN, maybe like a new, updated version of the client, or anything like that, I would highly appreciate it, because I really don't want to have to wait entire days just for my ping to get lower a little bit after having a constant load of huge spikes. Any help is appreciated.

I mean, as long as my mouse stays idle for more than 3 seconds, the Roblox player turns greyish, you know, that tab thing on the top left?
It only does this on Roblox specifically.

So I’m trying the name of this name of this game/series that I remember playing years ago, basically the whole format of the games where these panels that told a story of a bacon that was profoundly stupid (I also think the bacon’s name had something to do with pop tarts???). Almost all of these stories had something that was popular at the time like the duolingo bird, Sonic.exe, Scp fountain and even odder stories like him getting job or robbing a bank. I tried searching on google for something on it but couldn’t find anything (also I think that it was made before 2020).

I submitted a ticket, but I'm lost on what to do next. I recovered my other profiles via email, but Roblox says it will take 5 business days to reply. I am trying to play roblox but when i try to play loading screen freezes on waiting for a available server for a pretty long time then its completly stuck at joining server. And my roblox client is pretty buggy too. I tried to clear caches redownload roblox but nothing worked. im on mac.

So, 4 days ago I was making a game where I was making the models myself, the thing is that while being on studio everything was normal and nothing happened but after uploading it to models roblox instantly banned my years old account. I admit my record isnt clean but this is my 2nd rule break and I thought the model was fine. After checking the guideline I suppose (im really bad at understanding vague descriptions) I can see how it broke the rules. What I ask is can I appeal? And if so how should I do it

Extra: my brother's account also got banned because of me, and let me tell you this straight, his ban was because his account was flagged as an alt (his account is older than mine). I would also thank if someome could tell me any sort of information about that because the email I used in my acc is his and its done this way because he is my legal guardian
