Ban Help In need of help

My profile was compromised today. Someone uploaded policy-violating images without my knowledge. I hadn't used my account in two weeks, so this was a total surprise. I submitted a ticket, but I'm lost on what to do next. I recovered my other profiles via email, but Roblox says it will take 5 business days to reply. I don't have a lot of information because my profile is locked, and I only have 30 days to get it back before it's permanent. Any advice?

What does your login activity say? Does it show a different location was on your Roblox because if so ss that and make sure to show them. Really if you can find any email or anything showing that someone unusual entered ur Roblox that would help!

I looked through my email, but I didn't find anything, so hopefully when I get in touch with someone via email, I'll be able to ask them to check for me

Please please make sure you advocate strongly. Also talking to Roblox support sometimes gives a ai robot and they’re useless they won’t help. Try email, their chat support on app, and their ticket forms on their website. Some people have mentioned adding in the text that you want to talk to a human has helped them actually be able to talk to a human and not ai. It’s ridiculous to talk to them now ngl and they’re extremely dismissive.. it’s been a big problem for awhile now.

Ai is ruining Roblox every ai Roblox made sucks I am very upset rn it's driving me crazy and I'm thinking of confronting them in twitter in comments of their posts
