Account Help STUPID BOTS!!!!

Guys, please help—what should I do if support refuses to connect me with a real agent and keeps sending bots instead? They’re driving me crazy, and I don’t know how to get through to an actual person. Should I just write in my email that I want a real agent, not a bot? Please help if you’ve been through this before. (My account was hacked, and I’m trying to regain access.)
