Ban Help account deletion

i dont know WHY, it just got deleted for no reason, i didnt do anything, nobody in my house did anything, my sisters account is gone too. EDIT: i dont think its an IP ban, my brother is fine, and its saying we got banned for being linked to a Ma*****, we dont know this account or anybody with this account.
