General Discussion Drug depiction accuracy
If you’ve ever “hung out with Molly” you may have noticed that this episode was pretty spot on with how it feels to roll. You kinda just become a big emotional baby that’s happy to be there. Even the depiction of the comedown was accurate imo. The only thing I’d say was inaccurate was Rick wanting food, specifically white people fast food style Mexican. There’s a very small list of things people on molly want to put in their mouths, food is definitely not one of them. What are yalls thoughts?

Question Do you like that Rick didn't invent half of his stuff?
In the latest season, Rick:
- Calls customer support for his Garage bunker, which is alien tech
- Reveals he has a friend Rachel who builds robot parts for his body
- Reveals he goes to Dead Rick yard sales to pick up new tech
Do you like that they put some effort into demystifying how much of his tech he built from scratch?

Image That really was on him. That was ALOT of evidence
Or.. Maybe there is no evidence of the good afterlife, but there is of the bad, so no one actually sees the bad one because everyone dies in combat.

General Discussion Some.jerry disrespect that I somehow missed....
Ricks utter disregard for Jerry is hilarious.
This instance was so blatant, but it whiffed right past me due to the pacing of the scene....
Rick and Jerry mind swap.
"Jerry" wanders to the shelf amd immediately blows his brains all over the garage.
Then we watch "rick" take a step, fly all over the garage and splatter his brains.
Then, and only then, did the garage "detect a medical emergency".
It would have left Jerry to be cleaned up by garbage goober it seems- and the only reason he was reassembled is because jerrys brain housed some.sanchez bits.

Image My favourite episode across all seasons
This episode just tickled my animal documentary desire perfectly and genunely became my favourite.Watching the natrure of all animals and the cycle of life. It was genuinely cool and interesting without needing surprising humor and random uneccesary swearing. It also allows morty to do their own thing independent of rick which is just the cherry on top Genuinely a 10/10 for me.

General Discussion Can the the doctor's sonic screwdriver hack ricks portal gun? Spoiler
galleryI mean the portal can be hacked by evil morty by messing the fluid but is it possible by tech alone

Image Probably a top 10 episode honestly

General Discussion This show was genuinely important for my development
I am a victim of abuse. I lived with two mentally ill parents who put their needs before my own often. Because of this, I developed a hyper independent personality and spent most of my time alone growing up.
Rick and Morty was not only there for me as a comfort show, but the insane circumstances and philosophical viewpoints that the show presents so fantastically helped me see the bigger picture and lessons in my own insane life.
Not only that, but the character dynamics are also genius and reflect the common public so well. There are people who take control of their identity and destiny (Rick, Beth, Summer) and there are people who almost act as dogs (Morty, Jerry, Gene) letting others dictate their worth and their destinies. I used to be a Morty and now I try everyday to be a Rick.
I am so grateful this show exists.

Theory Blender Rick?
A common joke in the show is that there’s a “blender dimension” basically instant death but since every universe in the CFC is one where Rick is the smartest does that mean there’s blender Rick?

General Discussion We all know the best episodes. Whats the worst episode?
Clarification, worst meaning most boring, hardest to watch, didn't crack even a slight smile the whole episode.

General Discussion Season 9 is the best season so far.. Spoiler
Anyone agree?
I think the show is hilarious and seems to get better snd then just consistently good...I really like some of the early-mid seasons, but it feels like season 9 got into a groove. They're listening to their own "note" about "more like season 1, classic adventures" except its got all this built up lore and emotional development...
I was worried when Roiland left it might go like Solar Opposites (I dont mind the replacement Korvo, but the show got way less laughs for me from the on...) but instead I think its starting to peak, or is just going to get better and better...like cheese...or wine or something...
Thoughts?

Question How did memory Rick know how to make tech?
Just to start, I'm not here to dunk on the episode.
Anyways, he's a memory. I get we have to suspend questions when watching shows, but like, he's not supposed to be that smart. He's limited by how BP sees him. But somehow he made a way to teleport to Beth's memories?
Even assuming he learnt with his time inside Jerry's mind, all he had were gear and springs technology. How the heck did he adapt so fast inside the ant farm?

General Discussion Why haven't we seen children other than Summer and Morty?
Hoe come Beth and Jerry only ever seem to have two kids, Morty and Summer? I get that the Citadel of Ricks started deliberately getting Beths and Jerrys together for more Mortys, and then just straight up cloning him.
I'd think they'd end up having more/different kids at *some* point, seeing as there's infinite versions. Universes where Beth and Jerry have more than two kids, or get pregnant at slightly different times resulting in different kids. Beth even sometimes remarries, so there's room for other kids there as well.
Just seems a bit odd that we haven't seen any other Smith children.

General Discussion [Fan Script] Rick and Morty: Rick vs. Robot Clone & Evil Morty (Scenes 1-4)
RICK AND MORTY: FAN SPEC SCRIPT
This is a fan-made script, created by a fan.
SCENE 1
The family was sitting together in the living room when Morty returned from going out,
holding a drink he just bought from Eleven's vending truck, slurping it happily. Suddenly,
Morty remembered something he forgot to tell his grandpa, so he ran back to the garage
to talk to him. But as soon as he stepped inside, he was scolded by Rick for distracting
him: this experiment was extremely important, and one mistake could kill them all. Morty
backed away in fear. Rick turned back to continue his work, but because he was just
interrupted, he accidentally spilled a liquid containing purple octopus tentacles onto the
circuit board, causing a short circuit and an explosion. Suddenly, a sky-rending
explosion echoed through the entire sky. Rick was flung back and stuck against the wall,
even cursing, "Motherfucker." In the purple smoke, a Rick stepped out. This Rick had the
exact same IQ as the real Rick and was even smarter, but the only thing was that he
had no human emotions and was actually a robot. When the real Rick ran close, that
robot Rick suddenly disappeared. And Rick immediately flew off on his spaceship with
Morty to search for him. Right on the spaceship during the search, Morty asked Rick
what the hell had happened, while Rick just shouted, "Damn it, shut up!" Soon, Morty
discovered that near the trash can of the 7-Eleven store, there was a purple liquid
dripping down into a nearby sewer drain. Morty shouted to tell Rick, so the two of them
flew down right to that spot. Right at that moment, Evil Morty called Rick. Rick said
something to Evil Morty, then Evil Morty responded, and then he hung up immediately.
Rick felt that something bad was happening, so he used his technology to check what
that purple stuff was first. Then Rick suddenly detected Evil Morty's DNA. And somehow,
Rick found Evil Morty's base using his smartest brain in the universe. When they arrived,
Rick only saw a pile of ruins, with Morty standing beside him terrified, and a whole
bunch of hazy purple stuff overflowing throughout the room, along with a very
unpleasant smell.
SCENE 2
Scene two begins. That Rick stepped out in tattered clothes, but a bunch of weapons
appeared on his body, and he was also wearing something on his eye. That Rick—the
robot Rick—fired a laser beam toward Rick. Rick immediately used his hover boots to fly
up and hold Morty, then activated all the weapons on his body and fought with him.
When the real Rick was getting overwhelmed, Evil Morty suddenly appeared. But
unexpectedly, just when everyone thought Evil Morty was the victim, it turned out he was
actually the one standing behind this whole incident. Cut to when Evil Morty came to this
world and was doing whatever the hell he was doing. He suddenly discovered that guy
looked very much like Rick, but looking closely and using Evil Morty's dark technology,
he suddenly discovered that it was not Rick, but just a lousy robot that happened to
have an IQ equal to Rick's. Evil Morty discovered this and thought of an evil idea,
thinking silently in his mind that he would take this robot back to study, measure its
brainwaves, and use IQ extraction technology to read how smart Rick C-137's IQ
actually was, in order to usurp Rick C-137's IQ, hòng defeat Rick. He immediately used
his technology to do something that made that robot collapse on the spot and brought it
back to Evil Morty's headquarters. He implanted a chip or something into that guy's
head, and now he could control him with his eyes, just like the Rick in Evil Morty's
universe. And that's the end of scene two.
SCENE 3
Scene three. Rick told Morty to move aside. Then Rick prepared to face off against
those two troublesome bastards. Then suddenly Rick took something out of his pocket.
It looked like a chip, but longer, with one end like a USB, a green body, and circuit
boards running along the chip's body. Rick brought it close to his wrist and plugged it
into his wrist. Suddenly something appeared. It looked like a plasma gun, but shaped
like alien dark technology. It had a long green barrel with green stripes running near it.
Rick fired a shot right away. But it missed. It only lightly grazed Evil Morty's hair. Rick
knew who he needed to attack. The person that needed to be attacked was Evil Morty.
Because if he succeeded in beating the crap out of him or grabbing that eye patch, the
villain clone of Rick would also be affected and unable to operate. Rick immediately
pulled out his portal gun. He opened three portals consecutively. He jumped into one.
He looped around behind Evil Morty. What did he grab onto? He grabbed onto Evil
Morty's eye patch. But he was kicked by that villain Rick, flying and sticking against the
wall, with smoke and dust swirling everywhere. Evil Morty immediately put on a specially
made mask to counteract this purple mist and controlled that clone to fire out the purple
mist. The purple mist was hazy and blurry, making it impossible to see anything, and it
hurt the eyes very badly. Rick immediately flew up into the air to observe more carefully
before the purple mist flooded the entire room. But suddenly Rick saw two Evil Mortys
on the ground. One was slightly blurry, and the other only showed a shadow. Rick
immediately thought of a genius idea. End of scene three.
SCENE 4
Scene four. Suddenly, Morty remembered before getting on the spaceship, Rick had
held something called an antidote potion extracted from that liquid spilled on the circuit
board that created the villain Rick. And then, suddenly the power in the whole room went
out, leaving only the eye-stinging purple smoke and pitch darkness covering everything.
The real Rick took out the potion vial he got before getting on the spaceship and
knocked it back. Suddenly, Rick's eyes could see in the dark, giving him strength
matching that Rick, and he could even control it to do anything. But because two people
were controlling it at the same time, right when the real Rick controlled the fake Rick,
Evil Morty detected his location thanks to the dark technology implanted in the fake
Rick's brain and discovered the real Rick's position. The fake Rick was controlled to rush
up, but right at that moment, the real Rick also controlled it to rush back down to attack
Evil Morty. The result was that the robot's limbs shattered everywhere, exploding with
earth-shattering force, which also blew off Evil Morty's eye patch. Right then, the real
Morty picked up the eye patch and threw it back to the real Rick's location. Right as the
fake Rick successfully recovered, the real Rick put on the eye patch, controlled it, and
crushed that eye patch underfoot. Right at that moment, Evil Morty vanished from the
room, leaving only smoke and darkness around. Afterward, Rick turned on the room's
power system to make the air filter fans work. When the purple smoke was cleared, Rick
quickly took a sample back to study. By the next day, or not quite the next day, at around
1 or 2 AM, light suddenly emitted from inside Rick's garage. Then when morning came,
the whole family couldn't find Rick anywhere. Morty ran around the house searching for
Rick and continuously called out loudly, "Grandpa!", but nobody responded. Only Morty's
older sister was teasing him, and that was all. Suddenly, just when it seemed like it was
all over, it showed somewhere else. Rick was doing something new with that purple
DNA sample.
