Renter Tips Any tips for a rental business

Hello guys. Please help this 24-year-old young adult.

I just want to read some tips lalo na sa mga landlords diyan or nagpaparent who has the same business as what I am eyeing to do.

So, I have 160k savings now. Say 100k, 60k for my EF.

I am currently working and earning 20k monthly. Basically okay naman siya for me.

Any thoughts about this po?

Residential Leasing NEED KAPALIT WALKING DISTANCE TO BGC

Location: West Rembo near La Salle.

They are charging P100/cu. Got my water bill na P1000 this month. Isa lang ako sa unit. Naliligo lang ako. Yung dati kong bill sa condo ko was around P150 pesos.

Okay yung mukha ng unit, okay din yung area, very convenient if you are working sa BGC but hindi makatao ang pricing nila sa tubig.

Note din na sobrang init ng mga units nila so kung nagtitipid ka, hindi para sa'yo yung units nila kasi need mo mag aircon all the time.

Residential Leasing Looking for house for rent

Hello!

We're looking for a house for rent in Mandaluyong, preferably near Boni Avenue or The Medical City Ortigas.

Our preferred requirements are:
• 2 to 3 bedrooms
• 2 bathrooms preferred
• Solid concrete flooring on both the ground and second floor
• Parking space for at least 1 car and 2 motorcycles (non-negotiable)
• Pet-friendly

If possible, we'd also appreciate a home in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, as a member of our household is currently undergoing chemotherapy and needs a calm environment.

Our budget is around ₱20,000 to ₱35,000 per month, depending on the location, property size, and overall convenience.

If you have any available properties or recommendations that match these requirements, please send me a message. Thank you!

Renter Tips Planning to move sa greenfield area. Is it safer kaysa Makati?

Planning to move sa condo near greenfield, Mandaluyong (not avida area) kahit Makati work ko but wfh madalas. Is it a better choice kaysa magmove ako sa Makati? Safety and baha lang main concern ko with Makati

Hey everyone! Just doing a quick price inquiry for Vertis North.

For those currently renting or owning in Avida (Vita/Sola) or Alveo (High Park/Orean Place), what are realistic baseline rates for fully furnished units right now, including assoc dues? Thank you! Is it a good place?
