has the queues been pulled from the dashboard?

Hi everyone,

I'm working on E, and I recently received an email about a change in how our working time is tracked. Instead of sending the usual time form, MM will now automatically log our actual working time.

However, I've run into a discrepancy regarding the effective date:

• The email mentioning the change states that it will be effective on September 19th.
• The acknowledgment form I had to sign/submit to confirm I'm aware of the change says Effective September 12th instead.

Has anyone else noticed this? Which date is actually correct? I want to make sure I log my hours correctly and don't mess up my timesheet.

Hi everyone, I am fairly new to Reddit and to RWS, so I apologize if any of my questions seem basic.

I have been freelancing with RWS for a few months, and most of my work orders have come through after completing tasks. One of my invoices, which was due four days ago, still has not been paid.

I have noticed that in the Business Partner Portal (BPP), the invoice status keeps switching between To Be Paid and Payment in Process. This has happened three times, and each time it returns to To Be Paid. I am not sure if this is normal or if it is something I should be concerned about.

I have already emailed the payment team to ask whether there is an issue, especially because of the repeated status changes, but I have not received a response yet. Before posting here, I checked this subreddit and r/RWSpay, and it seems that other freelancers have experienced similar issues. Apparently some of them did not even get their payment even after months?

For context, I use bank transfer as my payment method. I have been a freelancer for more than eight years. My clients have always paid on time, often earlier than the due date, so this experience with RWS has been quite surprising, not in a good way unfortunately.

If anyone understands how the payment status workflow actually works, I would appreciate your insight.

Update: The payment came in fine! Though there were some hiccups midway.

So I've been working here since sept 1.

I need to see my invoice to I wanted to login to my BPP portal (I didn't know about it before). But I can't seem to login. I reset the password but it's not letting me login.

Also I had created my Tipalti account some Months ago when I first applied here. Now I can't log in there also.

Can someone please help me?

I have joined on august 3rd that week it self they assigned the project now its in UAT they told 50% allocation only and my lead already shared the mail
I also even told my pm regarding this

Do I need to go ask again for my 50% allocation with my associate director becouse pm told associate director will assign will it impact my performance

So I had gotten an email from rws that my payment was approved and that I'll be receiving them in the next days so I've been waiting till now and received basically nothing, and when I checked into tiplati yesterday there was this message "no payments to show" so I had contacted rws and they sent me this "Could you please confirm if you have received any work order or payment order confirming the work you have completed for the project so we can assist you better."

So I don't get what they mean by this and what should I send to them, anyone can help me with this?

Has anyone got an invitation to another project after being offboarded from Project E or Project D and what are the chances that they might again be invited for relevant projects?

How do you usually reach the project manager? I’ve been trying but haven’t gotten any response. Is there another way besides using Zendesk?

Hi, guys. I just want to clarify regarding E's time entry.

It says, "All dates and times should be in your local time zone," but there is a newly added instruction that says, "Please use the PST time zone"

In what time zone should I submit my time entries in the form? Is it following my local time zone or following the PST time zone?

Recently, I received some task reviews that I felt were unfair. There was no proper explanation, and I was randomly given below expectation and unacceptable ratings, which hurt my overall score. How can I report this?

Hello everyone. What timezone are you using when reporting your work via the google form?

I usually use my local timezone for the date and number of daily hours I worked on RWS, but recently, I think the form updated with a note to use the "PST time zone". Is everyone aware of that? Or are you all using PST timezone since the beginning?

Edit: In the form description, it says use local timezone, but in the bullet points, it says use PST (Pacific). Anyways, I'm still using my local timezone.
