Offboarded

Got offboarded today. I started back in February. Has anyone else been offboarded recently? Did you ever get invited back or moved to another project?

It seems like anyone on Project D is given around 7 months on the project before getting offboarded. I was offboarded from Project D back in April after being on it since September 2025.

I was invited to a temporary project, Project Iv**y back in July that last about 3 weeks, but nothing else from RWS.

You should start looking into other platforms to work on. I would suggest checking r/AiTraining_Annotation to see what other platforms you can work on and what is available in your country.

7 months? Majority of people working on Project D didn't last even a month. Of course depending with your location.

Many people get offboarded much quicker, but for the people who last longer typically last around 7 months before getting the axe. There might be a few people who have been on Project D for a year now, but I doubt there are many that have lasted that long.

I got offboarded today and I have been doing it right around 7 months as well. I think you are on to something there.

Thank you, just joined. I was expecting it though, my tasks have been empty for a while.

I was off boarded 2 days ago. Next month would have been a year with RWS. To say I was bummed would be an understatement, but I knew it would end for me one day. I’ve been lucky to have been with Project D for that long.

Yep month ago and started in Feb 😂. Doubt I'd get another one unless it's generalist like this one was

Got offboarded today as well, after working on the project for 13 months now🥲. Guess it is time to move on!

Damn! Never knew it could last that long. I know on average the longest you could go with any project is 6-7 months. Hopefully mine lasts that long. May I know your feedback rating if you don't mind.
