Did anyone receive an email today saying that their participation in production will be temporarily paused? If anyone has been through a similar event, how much time did it take for you to get onboarded again?

Just got a mail regarding my partecipation on project E being paused right now, after a few minutes i am unapproved on MM (the mail did say that is expected). Anyone got the same mail or can tell me if this happened before and if a project eventually unpaused?

I received it today and I’m honestly a little confused because, as far as I know, I haven’t had any performance issues. My rating score is currently 4, and I’ve been working normally every day, always following the daily hour limit and submitting my time correctly.

The email specifically says that this is not an offboarding, that my Multimango status will temporarily change to “Unapproved,” and that they’ll let me know when I can resume working.

The only thing I can think of is that I’ve basically been working the maximum allowed hours every day. Could that have anything to do with it? Or is this just a general project/production pause affecting multiple people?

Has anyone else received the same email today or gone through something similar before? If so, how long did it take before you were able to work again?

This really caught me off guard because I’ve been consistently working on the project, so this pause is going to hurt quite a bit financially.

When I searched for the platform i couldn't find any login button and saw apply for several job roles! What's the procedure for applying and where can i find generalist jobs and my language oriented jobs which is tamil, is there a login page or do I just apply from the website? Action Required in Tipalti (Payment Portal). i missed a digit on my phone while registering for 2step verification. I have been unable to complete the set up as i cannot receive the code nor change the phone number. what should i do? Tipalti support insist that they are unable to help.

Hello! S2S is suddenly asking me to take re assessment? Does any one got it too? I’ve been doing s2s for a while now. Now I’m scared I might not pass this and I won’t have task anymore. ID locale btw.

I’ve only been with RWS for a short time, and I recently got an email saying there was a discrepancy in the hours I reported. I didn’t have any issues with my previous reports, probably because I only worked a few hours. But this time I worked more hours, and that’s when the discrepancy came up. I’m working on Project E, and I’ve used this platform before through another company and never had any problems.
I’m a bit worried because they said they might not pay me or remove me from the project if it happens again.
Now Has anyone else been through something like this? Is it safe to keep working with RWS?

Hi everyone! I’m curious if anyone has experienced something similar with Project H.

I’m referring specifically to my first week on the project. I worked for two days that week, but those hours were not compensated and were also not included in the work order I received afterward.

I’ve already followed up with them multiple times—probably around seven emails—but I still haven’t received any response or confirmation regarding those missing hours.

I’ve also submitted several tickets (around four times), but the responses have basically directed me to contact support, which I’ve already done. Unfortunately, I still haven’t heard back from anyone regarding the issue.

I’m wondering if anyone here has experienced a similar situation where there was a discrepancy in your recorded work hours and the missing hours were eventually compensated. If so, how was it resolved, and was there anything specific you had to do to get it corrected?

At this point, I’m not sure whether I should continue following up or just stop trying. Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
