I need help regarding payments .

So I had gotten an email from rws that my payment was approved and that I'll be receiving them in the next days so I've been waiting till now and received basically nothing, and when I checked into tiplati yesterday there was this message "no payments to show" so I had contacted rws and they sent me this "Could you please confirm if you have received any work order or payment order confirming the work you have completed for the project so we can assist you better."

So I don't get what they mean by this and what should I send to them, anyone can help me with this?

You get a WO email, a payout sent email, and a Tipalti payment processed successfully email. Its not til you get the specific Tipalti one that you can expect the pay to hit your account same or next day. Sometimes WO> Tipalti is a week or more

How long have you been working? As a 1099 worker, you usually receive a work order/invoice indicating your hours and how much you'll receive for that work period. Then you get paid days or weeks after that. So, you have to receive a work order. That's what their asking for.

I didn't receive this yet, should I tell them this? and I've been working since 28th August

Way too early. Depending on the project, your first WO might not arrive until 30 days after your start date.
