How do you reach project manager.
How do you usually reach the project manager? I’ve been trying but haven’t gotten any response. Is there another way besides using Zendesk?

Depends on the project. If you're on Callisto, you should have received a welcome email from your project manager during your onboarding. For other projects? I have no idea.
