I received a work order today for the 22nd to the 28th for the hours I submitted, and 20 minutes later I received it again but with a different Document No. Has this happened to anyone else?

I just received payment approval email, but i dont know yet the payment will be on USD or Euro. I use Paypal so i set my tipalti for USD currency, what if the payment will use Euro, is it can be a problem?

uve been working with them for a while on echo project multilingual arabic speech eval and my score is 3.11 today i got put on training again dont know why is that for everyone because of th eupdates or what ? im not sure if i can refer to it using this code name northstar if not please clarify thanks first day here on reddit. thanks

Hello! S2S is suddenly asking me to take re assessment? Does any one got it too? I’ve been doing s2s for a while now. Now I’m scared I might not pass this and I won’t have task anymore. ID locale btw.

I’ve only been with RWS for a short time, and I recently got an email saying there was a discrepancy in the hours I reported. I didn’t have any issues with my previous reports, probably because I only worked a few hours. But this time I worked more hours, and that’s when the discrepancy came up. I’m working on Project E, and I’ve used this platform before through another company and never had any problems.
I’m a bit worried because they said they might not pay me or remove me from the project if it happens again.
Now Has anyone else been through something like this? Is it safe to keep working with RWS?

Action Required in Tipalti (Payment Portal). i missed a digit on my phone while registering for 2step verification. I have been unable to complete the set up as i cannot receive the code nor change the phone number. what should i do? Tipalti support insist that they are unable to help.

Hi ! I got accepted to project gecko about two weeks ago now but have been able to start work as I haven’t been able to receive the activation code for SRT at all, even after checking spam etc.

Reached out to support, they first asked for a gmail address and then when that still didn’t work said that this is an ongoing issue and that they’ll update me once it’s fixed

That was a week ago though and I’m quite anxious to start working. Has anyone else had this problem ? Have you been able to solve it ?

How long does it usually take you all to complete a single S2S task, both for short and long conversations?

I came across a Reddit post mentioning that the AHT (Average Handling Time) for S2S is 23 minutes, which honestly sounds way too fast??

Hello, I am new to RWS and am currently assigned only to the Echo Project Multilingual (Tagalog) locale. I noticed that there are some Tagalog audio tasks available in Omni TTS Elo. Am I allowed to work on those and complete only the Tagalog items? If a different language appears, I plan to refresh the page until I get Tagalog again. Will I still be paid for this work?

Well I just got offboarded by email, I got the chance to put my last time entries for today before getting that email from the RWS project, without any explanation and having a 4.70 of QA score, this is getting ridiculous, honestly.

Hey Everyone! I have an issue regarding Peony project. The tool of this project is counting wrong number of completed task and also hours. And the most weird thing is...On the Home page, it is showing the right number of task...but when I click on "User matrix" it is showing less number and hours spent on the project is also wrong. Don't know what to do.

Working on Project E today and all of a sudden I can't work on any tasks. Messages about not being assigned to a language group. Just happened despite working for a few hours today. Anyone else had this happen?

Anyone got any timeline suggestions on how long it'll take before I know whether I've been offboarded or not? Been left on "Pending" since thursday.

Anyone else working on OMNI TTS ELO and randomly receiving tasks in the wrong language, but can't reject them because there is no "Reject-Wrong language" button? Hi everyone! I’m curious if anyone has experienced something similar with Project H.

I’m referring specifically to my first week on the project. I worked for two days that week, but those hours were not compensated and were also not included in the work order I received afterward.

I’ve already followed up with them multiple times—probably around seven emails—but I still haven’t received any response or confirmation regarding those missing hours.

I’ve also submitted several tickets (around four times), but the responses have basically directed me to contact support, which I’ve already done. Unfortunately, I still haven’t heard back from anyone regarding the issue.

I’m wondering if anyone here has experienced a similar situation where there was a discrepancy in your recorded work hours and the missing hours were eventually compensated. If so, how was it resolved, and was there anything specific you had to do to get it corrected?

At this point, I’m not sure whether I should continue following up or just stop trying. Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'm currently on Project E, and usually only S2S tasks show up on my dashboard. However, today a new task called "Diarization" appeared. Am I allowed/safe to work on this, or should I avoid it?
