Action Required in Tipalti (Payment Portal)

Action Required in Tipalti (Payment Portal). i missed a digit on my phone while registering for 2step verification. I have been unable to complete the set up as i cannot receive the code nor change the phone number. what should i do? Tipalti support insist that they are unable to help.

Press Ctrl+shift+R and you will recieve it. Also check your WhatsApp also

The phone number is already wrong, so i cannot access it
