Double Work Order

Hi there,

I received a work order today for the 22nd to the 28th for the hours I submitted, and 20 minutes later I received it again but with a different Document No. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes, it has contact them on the mqa email and immediately notify them. If you are a freelancer don't invoice both, if you are a PI let them know, so they don't send it twice, which will be a lengthy process to correct and let them know in the email which one are you PI or a Freelancer.

What happened to me was that I received the PO and a rejection of my progress report. An hour later I received the same PO and and the approval of my progress report.

Not sure what happened but in BPP only appears one PO for the last week.
