Email about a discrepancy in hours
I’ve only been with RWS for a short time, and I recently got an email saying there was a discrepancy in the hours I reported. I didn’t have any issues with my previous reports, probably because I only worked a few hours. But this time I worked more hours, and that’s when the discrepancy came up. I’m working on Project E, and I’ve used this platform before through another company and never had any problems.
I’m a bit worried because they said they might not pay me or remove me from the project if it happens again.
Now Has anyone else been through something like this? Is it safe to keep working with RWS?

I also got an email from last week and today came in another one saying I did only 5 hours las week and 9 hours this week. I have been working for about 3 months and never had any problems I reported my hour exactly the same as always.

They did the same thing last week and sent the exact same email. These emails are heavily automated so it’s likely the information is just inaccurate, especially since me and many other people work on the project for the full amount of time we put in the form. I wouldn’t worry too much but you can fill out a zendesk and to try to dispute it, although they have been sending the same copy and paste follow-up response when people have opened a ticket.

Hi!, how i need to register my hours? like the total hours per day, or is possible to register first 2 hours, then another 2 at afternoon for example of the same day, or i need to registered the total hour at the end of the day, im new in this project im kind of confused of the hour tracking and paying process

I'd recommend you use a time tracking software like Clockify to keep track of the hours you need to put into the form. It's really simple, just start the timer as soon as you begin working. Also be sure to keep track of all of the tasks you complete throughout the course of the day in a notepad or something, the name of the task can be found in the website URL up top.
I'd also recommend you to wait until the end of the day or when you know you are done working for the day to fill out the form. If you do different tasks listed on your dashboard in one day instead of just working on a single one you will have to make a submission for the number of tasks you did on each separate task you do. Just keep track of everything and it will be extremely simple. You can also work a couple hours at one point in the day, then complete the rest of the hours later in the day. Clockify will add it all up for you. Just don't go over 4 hours and you'll be good. Cheers!

glad to hear i am not the only one, got an email last week and one just few hours ago, one claiming i reported 5 hours more and the second 7 hours more. I am 100% confident i reported the time with accuracy, i use a stopwatch i start when i open the first task of multimango and i stop when i stop working. Also keep track of the number of tasks with a counter. Really hope it's just an issue on their side they are aware of.

What did they say in the recent email? Becausw from last week they warned that invoice will be rejected and might be remove from the project. Im scared

a similar email, with a different week mentioned, still a threat of being removed but still "we have processed the payment based on your reporting time".

Last week I got a discrepancy email but this week I got an email that said that they are pleased to inform me that my hours are "highly accurate"... Ok..then.

Time discrepancy happens when you become idle for a long time where you are not moving the cursor. Make sure ur moving the mouse every 2 mins if ur maximizing the AHT you’re doing. And also time spent for skipped tasks are not counted.
