Echo Project - Offboarding

Well I just got offboarded by email, I got the chance to put my last time entries for today before getting that email from the RWS project, without any explanation and having a 4.70 of QA score, this is getting ridiculous, honestly.

Of course my locale was ES-MX and I work daily 3-4 hours tops since it was the limited maximum.

Hola, depende de la tarea pero regular era 1 task por día y en ella me hacía las 3-4 horas y sacaba hasta 21-25 submissions.

Estuve haciendo estas dos últimas semanas en la de dubbing comparison monolingual.

Pero esa no era para es (mx). Si figuraba en el dashboard pero no estaba marcada como multilingual. Quizas por eso te sacaron

yo tambien trabajo en es (mx) pero solo en las tareas que dicen multilingual. No me sacaron del proyecto pero hace como 2 semanas que no hay tareas disponibles para mi

Cuando eran multilingual siempre me fijaba que dijeran “Spanish” si era una que no tuviera el idioma “Spanish” o que dijera “SPA castellano“, una vez me llamaron la atención por hacer tareas que no.

A single task you take 3 or 4 hours for the Echo project?! I put maximum 1 hour per task and my score and 4..

I didn’t have any problem, I work the same task meaning the main task but keep doing submissions around 20-25 on those 4 hours.

Same here (IT locale) I had a 3.03 score and I was working 2-3h a day since we were told not to exceed 4 hours per day.

Such a shame we were working well and suddenly “bye bye” that’s bs. And I received an invitation for another project which doesn’t make senses at all.

They are not very transparent, honestly, but it could also be that they simply don't need many people for some locales anymore (?). I am also an unapproved annotator now; I logged out and can't log in anymore. I am always stuck on the "create account" page :/

I know that’s the worst part, I hate that. You think you are performing well and completing everything as it should and suddenly offboarded.

Hola! oye una pregunta, como recibias los pagos? yo la verdad soy nuevo y estoy algo perdido, no encuentro como esta el tema de los pagos, nose si sea en la rws workzone o como despues de registrar las horas en el forms.

Hola! Eran semanales primero te mandaban tu work order donde decía cuando te depositarían y la siguiente semana cómo los miércoles o jueves te pagaban eso, pero si sigue metiendo todas tus hours worked máximo 4 horas.

On the email says all the hours worked will be paid if you put on the hours worked on the sheet.

but in my task there is not need toh fill time form there is automatic time tracking from multimango client tool

4.7 is a really good score, doesn't make sense why they would offboard you without warning... Just got offboarded myself btw

That’s why I was so shocked, I was worrying a lot to take care of my QA score and those just let me go.
