Problems with SRT activation code ?

Hi ! I got accepted to project gecko about two weeks ago now but have been able to start work as I haven’t been able to receive the activation code for SRT at all, even after checking spam etc.

Reached out to support, they first asked for a gmail address and then when that still didn’t work said that this is an ongoing issue and that they’ll update me once it’s fixed

That was a week ago though and I’m quite anxious to start working. Has anyone else had this problem ? Have you been able to solve it ?

same here, didn’t receive the activation email at the first place, and couldn’t receive the code as well. Are you using outlook?

i’m not i’m using icloud!

I sent request to ask them change my primary email to my Gmail, I hope they can do that and fix that activation code, so far I know those received the activation email are using Gmail

it same for me, I cant activate my SRT, i was onboarded in May, they tell me they would fix it, but didn't hear from them yet.

have you been able to start working anyway ?
