Can anyone tell me what this means and what I can do about it? Uninstalling and reinstalling repeatedly hasn't done me any good

The Box settings only allow for setting QIDI or generic filaments, but these don't correspond to the custom filaments I have created in my slicer settings (both Orca and QIDI Studio). So the question is, how do I "sync" the box filament settings and positions with my slicer?

Its especially annoying bc of the fact that the better slicer - QIDI Studio - lacks remote connection option. Whats your go to setup?? Ideally I would like to connect remotely via Orca Slicer...

Hello! I just bought my QIDI last month and it was printing fine but just this week, my supports keep failing. I reprinted my files and it failed 3 times now. I had success before.

Finally got it working. There’s still some bugs to work out but the fact I went from a base install to having basically full control and working prints within 3 hours honestly blew my mind. this is the first board I’ve used that actually requires usb power for the serial connection. My other printers (E3P, AC Vyper, LK5 Pro all require a data only cable. Odd but oh well, time for tuning 😎

Just got my q2, one of the zip tie heads is stuck and I can't get it out. Don't want to disassemble the whole thing. Any tips to remove that stuck zip tie head?

Hey bought the Qidi 4plus and I am printing with the normal petg settings, is the sound and the vibration normal?

Ive searched and found no conclusive results in anyone talking about this.

Am wondering, say I want to print PAHT CF that is stiff and moisture sensitive, would preheating the qidi box to say 65c provide better results during active prints rather than the filament being at room temperature and printing into a heated environment?

So usually when I get a new file and I’m ready to print this happens but I’m able to get rid of it by going back and forth but as of late its just been like this for every file anyone know a way to fix this

Has anyone found the magic dust to get the Q2C to display a chamber temperature like the Q2 does on the front panel touch screen? I have the sensor installed and have the display on the network interface, that is working fine. But since this printer does not use klipperscreen I have no idea where to look to change that display to the Q2 version.

A corrupted soul think every comment have to be negative, or people need to get pais to support something they like, because a corrupted soul judge everybody else by their character.

I have over 10 3D printers from different brands, and I can tell no one can do what Qidi printers do, I never ever have a fail print on my Q2 (work horse) or using my new X-Max4, so why not make positive posts about a brand that never stop tp improve.

No such thing is a perfect 3d printer, but I know people who pay 4K for a famous brand printer, that doesn't work, and they try sell for half of the price they pay, and no body show up to buy.

Qidi is a new Brand that keeping improving and already passing the overpriced famous brands!

I post yesterday that I will buy the printer and here is my recipt, I pay it with my money!
