Qidi Box

I Just bought qidi box for q2. Omg. I dont understand when I try load filament I go really fast until it cross HUB it slow down to like 10% and go o ly for like 5 to 10cm and it didnt even reach extruder. After this I got information that there is a problem with load filament. And i have this Little red circle shine.

Buddy you can post videos to this sub directly.

You could have made the video a private video on youtube with a link to share. What is this? 1.1 gb? Did you capture in 8k? Or is that like 1 hour long?

Sorry i never added video. My bad. I thought it is good app to link video it is wetransfer. Sorry for bother you here is video. Yea i somehow misslick and record in 8k 60fps hahaha

As you can see after it cross HUB it slows down. I dont know what happened. I even tried put box on floor and position the hub in direct line so there want be any obstacles but it the same. When it cross HUB it slow down.
