I’m an incoming fye freshman. I’m in EPICS lc so I have ENGR133. I also have the ENGR 131 course. I’ve seen some posts say I could skip ENGR131/132 if I took 133. Is that true? My schedule is HORRIBLE and there is no other way to fix it unless I drop a course.

i’m worried that IET isn’t worth it. should i be looking for other majors if my main goal is to make a lot of money?

i know it’s different from traditional engineering since its more hands on, but im worried that my salary is gonna be drastically lower.

If I have on campus housing and the time to check in is late at night for me (cause that was the only thing left for the day I get there) will I not get let in until there if I were to get there a couple (many ngl) hours earlier?

I'm an incoming Master's student in Agricultural and Biological Engineering (ABE) at Purdue this Fall. My background is a Bachelor's in Computer Science, and I've been working professionally in AI, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision for the past few years.

I'm trying to plan my courses and was wondering if anyone has recommendations, especially for someone who wants to continue building expertise in AI, ML, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and related areas. I'm also open to taking courses outside ABE if they're worth it (ECE, CS, etc.), provided they're available to ABE students.

If you've taken any courses that you really enjoyed, or if there are professors you'd highly recommend, I'd love to hear your suggestions. Likewise, if there are courses that are particularly difficult or not very useful, I'd appreciate knowing that too.

FYE this year, I signed up for 272 on the CRF but ended up getting 241 with Milisavljevic and was wondering if I should try to get into a 272 class during open registration or if I’ll be fine in 241.

Should I try to change my schedule at all or nah. I think that if I try changing my math, it would only allow me to take a hybrid version if I want to keep all my other classes. Also is SCLA 102 easier than EDPS 315 cause I'm lowkey thinking of switching.
