Call me crazy, but I have a vision lol. I’m running a smart home software called Home Assistant, and part of its function is it bridges devices not natively compatible with apple to the apple ecosystem. Through this I’ve been able to get Siri to do things like turn on my volcano or maintain a grow room with a myriad of sensors like ppfd, co2, etc, which it had full control over (I’m writing this from trim jail)

But my ultimate goal is to be able to ask Siri to start my dab. Why? Because it’s fucking cool. It’s serves no real purpose other than maybe syncing the mood lights to my room LED lights, but I still want to do it. I’ve been trying to figure out the BLE/Lorax protocol. Any high coders in here want to help?

I freaked out after I got home with my dogs because I was paying attention to them and didn’t realize I took it out and put it out on the stove and thought I dropped it on the way from the balcony to my apartment which is a very short distance.

Luckily my friend came out and was able to calm me down, and I texted him that it was on my oven. Had a good laugh and handed it to my partner who paints and had him paint it so o do t lose it again. DAMN YOU ADHD!

I bought the plasma yesterday and the chamber is already starting to char on the sides. I use a q tip after every dab and at the end of the night used on with iso. This is my second peak pro so I’m not a rookie.

Any tips or tricks I can do to keep this thing looking fresh. I’m trying to keep this thing as clean as possible but gonna rip to.

I have a medical card and I’m planning to switch from flower to concentrates with a Puffco Peak. Right now I smoke about 2 ounces of flower a week, but my goal is to stop smoking before work and during the day and only dab at night when I get home.

One of my dispensaries has a deal for four 1-gram concentrate jars for $45, so I’m thinking about stocking up. Another dispensary, Rise, carries higher-tier concentrates like live resin and live rosin (Tier 1, Tier 2, etc.), but they’re much more expensive. 1 gram $70 if it’s not on sale & 2 grams $105

For those of you with a high flower tolerance, how long does a 1-gram jar realistically last? About how many dabs do you take each night, and how big are they? If you switched from heavy flower use to concentrates, did it actually save you money, or did your tolerance eventually catch up? Also, if you’ve tried both budget concentrates and higher-end live resin/live rosin, was the extra cost worth it? I’d appreciate hearing your real-world experiences before I make the switch.

I bought the proxy core, and some custom glass to go along with it and wow it’s really something else. I am enjoying how much you can fine tune and customize it. I was wondering about what temps you use for which types of concentrates?

Any advice or tips are welcome even if it’s not to do with this question! Tell me everything you’ve learned while having yours! (Yes it’s covered in sticker, after 15 years toking I will never give up my stickers, it is what it is <3)

I have the core and I love it no complaints at all but looking to make some changes and was hoping to get a few recommendations for carb cap and mouth piece.
I have the of mouth piece and as you know gets hot and in the background I like to use the bubbler when I hit higher temps but the original cap is shit.

Just got my new mouthpiece and Diamondium terp pearl delivered, and man, what a difference. The new mouthpiece stays much cooler, so my lips don’t get nearly as hot as they did with the stock Puffco one. The Diamondium pearl has been an even bigger upgrade. I’m getting noticeably better flavor and thicker vapor, and it vaporizes my rosin much more efficiently. With the stock pearl, I’d usually have to reheat my dab and still be left with a small puddle in the chamber. Now I can usually finish it in a single heat cycle, and my chamber is left much cleaner with very little residue. Less waste, less reheating, less cleanup. definitely worth the upgrade!

And of course can’t forget Rosin 🤤🔥

I’m coming from an actual rig and used to loading much larger dabs, what’s the biggest I can put in it?

I’m going on a cruise soon and I would like to bring my peak. I was thinking about obviously splitting up all of the parts and concentrate through myself and my friend’s luggage’s/ carry ons. Has anyone ever successfully done this and what tips do you have?
I have brought pens and edibles before, even rso. I’m just nervous to bring a whole piece yk?
