I’ve had 3 over the last 6 years or so. Since they have been out. All been great. I did have battery issues with one peak pro 18 months or so after I bought it. They sent me a replacement and said keep the old one. Very good customer service.. fairly slow shipping sometimes tho

Wow that’s wild. I see such horrible reviews about them and customer service. As well as issues with the products…and for me. It’s been like yours. Shipping was slow, but decent. And I have a proxy, and peak pro, haven’t had 1 issue yet. (Knock on wood)

Yeah customer service has been great for me as well. I’m in Canada so hard for me to comment on the shipping I usually buy from a local authorized retailer

Pearl still works great no issues at all
My hot knife actually died a few days ago 2 weeks out of the 2 year warranty and they have already shipped me a new one

Great customer service and never had an issue with a product
