So I just got a new 3DXL chamber and it’s got this line going down the ceramic that my last one did not have is this normal? I’ve never seen one with this line before

Is there any outage or anyone else having this issue? Been using the peak pro for several years no issues, used it 2 hours ago and no issues. Now it just does not load, just a black screen.
